Background

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a wing body combining joint, which is shown in figures 1 to 2 and comprises: wing body joint main part 1,2, wing body joint bush 3, 4, fuselage joint main part 9, fuselage joint bush 10, wherein: the wing body joint bushing 3, 4 is located in the first bolt hole 5, 6 and the second bolt hole 7, 8 of the wing body joint body 1, 2; the fuselage joint bushing 10 is located in the third bolt hole 11 and the fourth bolt hole 12 of the fuselage joint body 9; the wing body joint body 1,2 and the fuselage joint body 9 are connected by means of bolts 14 and nuts 15 and washers 13 via the first bolt holes 5, 6 and the third bolt hole 11 and via the second bolt holes 7, 8 and the fourth bolt hole 12, respectively.

In the related art, the connection between the fuselage and the wing is usually realized by an upper lug and a lower lug. Under the condition of thin airfoil, the bearing capacity of the upper lug and the lower lug is insufficient due to limited space.

In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first bolt holes 5, 6 and the second bolt holes 7, 8 are respectively arranged on the wing body combining joint main bodies 1,2 along the horizontal direction, the third bolt hole 11 and the fourth bolt hole 12 are correspondingly arranged on the wing body joint main body 9, and the wing body combining joint main bodies 1,2 are horizontally connected with the wing body joint main body 9 through the bolt 14, the nut 15 and the washer 13, so that horizontal transmission of heading load is effectively realized. Correspondingly, the distance between the first bolt holes 5 and 6 and the second bolt holes 7 and 8 and the aperture of each bolt hole are increased, the external height of the wing is not limited, the spacing of the connecting bolts can be increased by more than 100%, and the bearing capacity of the joint is increased by more than 70%.

In this embodiment, the wing body joint main bodies 1 and 2 respectively have two bolt holes, and can be respectively matched with two wing body joint bushings to be fixed in interference fit with the bolt holes on the wing body joint main bodies 1 and 2.
