Background

The plotter and the laser engraving are composed of a driving device, a transmission device, a mounting device and other components, and the planar movement can be realized by the driving device and the transmission device. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, and aims to solve the problems of function waste and single function of a drawing instrument of the traditional laser engraving machine, and designs a laser engraving and drawing instrument integrated machine based on a COREXY stable structure, and a multifunctional integrated structure which integrates the use of the laser engraving and drawing instrument together. The COREXY structure is light in weight, high in precision, low in cost and simple in structural design, and a used module is fixed, so that the precision reduction and the service life reduction caused by replacement are avoided.

The base adopts frame rack structure, adopts 4 aluminum alloy section bar side pipes and 2 motor connecting pieces and 2 square pipe section bar connecting pieces to connect as a whole through the bolt, makes the more stable compactness of overall structure, builds for COREXY structure simultaneously and provides the platform.

The base includes aluminum alloy ex-trusions side pipe, bottom working plate, and 4 aluminum alloy ex-trusions side pipes loop through section bar connecting piece end to end connection, enclose into a frame structure to fix on bottom working plate through square pipe support frame, the motor connecting piece is fixed on bottom working plate.

The transmission mechanism consists of 2 two-phase stepping motors, 2 idle wheels, 2 synchronous belts and 8 idle wheels.

Two step motor provide power for whole transmission system respectively, can control the rotational speed of motor and control power transmission's speed, and through the meshing transmission power of idler and two hold-in ranges, the number of teeth of idler can control drive ratio to change transmission speed.

8 idlers are installed on aluminum alloy section bar square pipe, change the vector increase and decrease change of hold-in range in the direction on different positions, realize the motion mode of circular arc, the straight line interpolation of a similar digit control machine tool. The integrated mounting rack fixed together with the synchronous belt is driven to move on the plane along with the change of the synchronous belt.

The steering wheel is installed on the integrated mounting bracket through the steering wheel connecting piece, and the carbon rod is fixed on the integrated mounting bracket through the pen clamping seat, the clamping block and the light spring.

The drawing pen is fixed on the pen holder through the push rod and is matched with the positioning block to be installed and positioned on the integrated installation frame.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the laser engraving and drawing instrument is combined on the fixed module, the replacement of a processing module is avoided, the service life of the machine is prolonged, and the COREXY structure is adopted as a plane moving structure.
