Background

Chemical cargo tanks are to cargo ships for shipping liquids, especially separately shipping toxic, flammable, and highly corrosive liquid cargo. Therefore, one of the important structural features of the chemical cargo tank is that the cargo ship area below the main deck is separated into multiple watertight cargo tanks, and each cargo tank is provided with a special cargo pump and piping system to meet the requirement of being capable of shipping different cargo tanks each time. The liquid cargo varieties which can be transported by modern chemical liquid cargo ships are increasingly diversified, the properties of the liquid cargo varieties are different, so that the chemical liquid cargo ships need to have greater flexibility and better operability, the liquid cargo with different properties can be transported in small batches and in multiple varieties at each time, and the chemical liquid cargo ships are also required to have more liquid cargo tanks.
