According to the portable electric pickup device, the pickup chuck is in an open state under a normal non-working state; when an object is to be clamped, the picking chucks are placed on two sides of the object, the power switch is pressed upwards, the picking chucks are tightened inwards, the object is clamped, and then the picking chucks automatically stop working without manual operation; when the object is loosened, the power switch is pressed downwards, and the picking chuck is automatically opened outwards to the maximum position; if the switch is required to be opened to any position, the hand-dialing switch returns to the zero position.
