Technical Field

Background

Currently, for vehicles working in complex working conditions, such as trucks, heavy-duty trains, etc., in order to improve self-protection capability, avoid being damaged seriously by the impact of foreign objects, and even affect service life, protective parts are usually installed on the periphery of the vehicle body, which includes a front bumper installed on the front of the vehicle head.

In general, a front bumper is assembled to a vehicle body and is disposed outside a cab, and when maintenance of components such as an engine lamp is required, the cab needs to be tilted forward to expose the components to be maintained therebelow. Disclosure of Invention

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

The embodiment of the application provides an automobile which can be various types of vehicles commonly found on the market. In this embodiment, the vehicle is specifically a truck, a heavy truck, an off-road vehicle, an SUV, etc. because such vehicles frequently run on a road with complex working conditions and environments, there are many potential safety hazards.

Trucks are used for example in many work situations for transporting goods over great distances. When the truck runs in environments such as mountainous areas, countryside and the like, the collision between the truck and peripheral hard objects is easily caused due to the existence of stones, uneven ground, collapse positions and the like around the truck, so that the risk of scraping paint, collision deformation and even damage of the truck is caused.

For this reason, for the vehicle of the above type, a front bumper is attached to the vehicle body in addition to the vehicle body; wherein the front bumper includes a bumper body 30 and a connecting assembly. Specifically, the bumper body 30 is indirectly attached to the head portion of the vehicle body via a connecting member. Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, on the basis of the above embodiments, in still other embodiments, the connecting seat 10 includes a seat body 11 and a connecting arm 12, the connecting arm 12 is disposed on the seat body 11, and the connecting arm 12 is provided with a connecting portion 121 for assembling and connecting with the vehicle body.

In this embodiment, seat body 11 generally sets up to the bent sheet metal component of L type, and the wholeness is good, and structural strength is high. Specifically, the cambered surface concave part 111 is attached to the outer pipe wall of the lower protective pipe, so that the protective bar body 30 can be guided, limited and supported by the cambered surface concave part 111 in the overturning and opening process, and the rotation is guaranteed to be more stable.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, specifically, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the fixing member 40 is provided with a long slot hole 41 extending vertically, the bumper body 30 is provided with a mounting hole opposite to the long slot hole 41, the second connecting member 50 is inserted into the long slot hole 41 and the mounting hole and can lock or release the fixing member 40 and the bumper body 30, and when the second connecting member 50 releases the fixing member 40 and the bumper body 30, the fixing member 40 can move up and down relative to the bumper body 30; the fixing member 40 is further provided with a bayonet 42, and the bayonet 42 can be inserted into or separated from the seat body 11.

In this embodiment, the second connector 50 includes a screw and a nut. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.

In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.

In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature may be directly contacting the first and second features or indirectly contacting the first and second features through an intermediate. Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature may be directly under or obliquely under the first feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "upper," "lower," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not denote a unique embodiment.
