Therefore, how to realize effective emergency treatment becomes a research hotspot of enterprises.

In the traditional emergency processing scheme, because a large number of related emergency personnel are involved in emergency, a large number of emergency related personnel need to be called in when an emergency meeting is created, a large amount of time needs to be consumed for information synchronization in the discussion process, and operation instructions need to be confirmed again and again before handling operation, so that the emergency processing efficiency is greatly reduced.

Wherein, emergent suggestion unit 100 is specifically used for: under the condition of receiving alarm information of an information system, inputting the alarm information into a fault evaluation model to obtain a fault score output by the fault evaluation model; the fault evaluation model is obtained by taking sample alarm information as input and taking a score manually graded for the sample alarm information as a training target and training in advance; and when the fault score is larger than a preset threshold value, sending an emergency prompt to a user with the conference organization authority.

And the step sending unit 800 is configured to send the to-be-executed scheme to the emergency executive staff, and trigger the emergency executive staff to perform emergency processing on the information system according to the to-be-executed scheme.

The step sending unit 800 is specifically configured to: judging whether the scheme to be executed contains a second preset keyword or not; if the scheme to be executed contains a second preset keyword, sending a decision prompt to the user with the preset authority, receiving the user with the preset authority, and feeding back confirmation information based on the decision prompt; under the condition that the confirmation information indicates that the scheme to be executed is allowed to be executed, the scheme to be executed is sent to emergency executive personnel; and if the scheme to be executed does not contain the second preset keyword, sending the scheme to be executed to emergency executive personnel.

In summary, compared with the prior art, the method of the embodiment can quickly generate the emergency meeting when the alarm information is generated, quickly notify the participants to join the emergency meeting by using the participant list and the address book, quickly obtain the to-be-executed scheme according to the speech information of each participant, and timely trigger the emergency executing personnel to perform emergency processing on the information system according to the to-be-executed scheme, so that the emergency processing process is efficient and time-saving, and the efficiency of the emergency processing is effectively improved.

The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium including a stored program, wherein the program performs the emergency processing method provided by the present application.

The application also provides an emergency treatment device, including: a processor, a memory, and a bus. The processor is connected with the memory through a bus, the memory is used for storing programs, and the processor is used for running the programs, wherein when the programs are run, the emergency treatment method provided by the application is executed, and the emergency treatment method comprises the following steps:

sending an emergency prompt to a user under the condition of receiving alarm information of an information system;

under the condition that a voice instruction sent by the user based on the emergency prompt is received, an emergency meeting is established;

inquiring the contact way of each participant shown by the participant list from a locally pre-stored address list; the participant list is input by the user based on a preset interface;

sending a meeting prompt to each participant according to the contact information of each participant;

Optionally, the sending an emergency prompt to a user having a conference organization authority when receiving the alarm information of the information system includes:

under the condition of receiving alarm information of an information system, inputting the alarm information into a fault evaluation model to obtain a fault score output by the fault evaluation model; the fault evaluation model is obtained by taking sample alarm information as input and taking a score manually scored for the sample alarm information as a training target and training in advance;

and when the fault score is larger than a preset threshold value, sending an emergency prompt to a user with the conference organization authority.

Optionally, in a case that a voice instruction sent by the user based on the emergency prompt is received, creating an emergency meeting, including:

under the condition that the user with the conference organization authority is received and the voice instruction sent by the emergency prompt is based, performing voice recognition on the voice instruction to obtain an instruction text, and performing semantic error correction on the instruction text to obtain instruction information conforming to semantic logic;

under the condition that the instruction text is detected to contain a first preset keyword, an emergency conference is established, and the subject of the emergency conference and the alarm information are displayed through a real-time billboard; the theme is input by the user with the conference organization authority based on the preset interface.

Optionally, the obtaining of the speech information of each participant when each participant is detected and enters the emergency conference based on the participant prompt includes:

under the condition that each participant is detected to enter an emergency meeting, acquiring the identity information of each participant from the address list, prompting the identity information of each participant in a voice manner, and displaying the identity information of each participant through a real-time billboard;

the method comprises the steps of obtaining voice speeches of each participant, carrying out voice recognition on each voice speeches to obtain speech texts of each participant, carrying out semantic error correction on each speech text to obtain speech information of each participant, and displaying the speech information of each participant through the real-time watching board.

Optionally, the selecting one of the treatment schemes as a to-be-executed scheme includes:
