1. A hair-blackening composition, comprising psoralen and forskolin.

2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of psoralen to forskolin is 1-5: 1-5.

3. The composition of claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of psoralen to forskolin is 2: 3.

4. Use of a composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of canities.

5. The use of claim 4, wherein the medicament comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-0.05% of psoralen and 0.01-0.05% of forskolin; preferably, the medicament comprises the following components in percentage by weight: psoralen 0.02%, forskolin 0.03%.

6. A hair-blacking cream comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3.

7. The hair-blacking cream according to claim 5, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-0.05% of psoralen and 0.01-0.05% of forskolin; preferably, the hair-blacking cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight: psoralen 0.02%, forskolin 0.03%.

The hair-blacking cream according to claim 6, further comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 10-15% of cetostearyl alcohol, 5-10% of glyceryl monostearate, 4-5% of vaseline, 3-5% of glycerol, 1-3% of propylene glycol, 1-5% of azone, 0.4-0.6% of vitamin C, 0.1% of ethylparaben, 0.2% of essence and the balance of deionized water.

9. A method of preparing a hair-blacking cream as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, comprising the steps of:

(1) mixing propylene glycol and azone, adding cetostearyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate, vaseline, ethylparaben, psoralen, forskolin and vitamin C, heating to completely melt, and stirring at constant temperature to obtain phase A; mixing glycerol and deionized water, and heating to the same temperature of the phase A to obtain a phase B;

(2) and adding the phase A into the phase B, homogenizing and stirring, cooling to below 40 ℃, adding essence, stirring to complete emulsification, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the hair-blacking cream.

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the heating temperature in step (1) is 80 ℃.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a hair-blacking composition and application thereof.

Background

The blackening of hair is a necessary physiological trend along with the increase of people's age, is one of the signs of people's aging, and the blackening of hair becomes a means of prolonging life and beautifying. It has been found that about 80% of white hair follicles contain melanocytes, but the papillae of these white hairs have very little or no melanin production function, and the generation of white hair is caused by abnormal melanocytes which supply melanin to the hair. In addition, genetic, psychostimulant disorders, endocrine dysregulation and melanin desquamation disorders can also produce white hair. Tyrosinase plays an important role in melanocytes during the production of melanin. Therefore, the process of blackening hair is naturally completed as long as tyrosinase is activated using an appropriate substance to promote the production of melanin. Throughout the clinical reports of Chinese and western medicines for treating early white hair in recent years, no specific therapy exists at present, and the hair is modified by hair dyeing cosmetics mostly. With the development of beauty science, a safe, nontoxic and skin allergy-free external medicine for blackening and growing hair is urgently needed. Therefore, the search for a simple and effective external medicine for blackening and growing hair by a scientific and reasonable method becomes an important subject of treatment in recent years.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a hair-blacking composition and application thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

in a first aspect, the present invention provides a hair-blackening composition comprising psoralen and forskolin.

In a preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the weight ratio of psoralen to forskolin is 1-5: 1-5.

As a more preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the weight ratio of said psoralen and said forskolin is 2: 3.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides the use of a composition as described above, characterised in that said composition is used for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of canities.

As a preferred embodiment of the application of the invention, the medicament comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-0.05% of psoralen and 0.01-0.05% of forskolin.

As a more preferred embodiment of the application of the present invention, the medicament comprises the following components in percentage by weight: psoralen 0.02%, forskolin 0.03%.

In a third aspect, the present invention provides a hair-blackening cream containing the above composition.

As a preferred embodiment of the hair-blacking cream of the invention, the hair-blacking cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-0.05% of psoralen and 0.01-0.05% of forskolin.

As a more preferable embodiment of the hair-blacking cream of the present invention, the hair-blacking cream comprises the following components by weight percentage, based on the total weight of the hair-blacking cream: psoralen 0.02%, forskolin 0.03%.

As a preferred embodiment of the hair-blacking cream of the invention, the hair-blacking cream further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-15% of cetostearyl alcohol, 5-10% of glyceryl monostearate, 4-5% of vaseline, 3-5% of glycerol, 1-3% of propylene glycol, 1-5% of azone, 0.4-0.6% of vitamin C, 0.1% of ethylparaben, 0.2% of essence and the balance of deionized water.

In a fourth aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the hair-blacking cream, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing propylene glycol and azone, adding cetostearyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate, vaseline, ethylparaben, psoralen, forskolin and vitamin C, heating to completely melt, and stirring at constant temperature to obtain phase A; mixing glycerol and deionized water, and heating to the same temperature as phase A to obtain phase B;

(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, homogenizing and stirring, cooling to below 40 ℃, adding essence, stirring to completely emulsify, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the hair-blacking cream.

As a preferred embodiment of the preparation method of the present invention, in the step (1), the heating temperature is 80 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects: according to the invention, psoralen and forskolin are compounded, and the psoralen and forskolin have synergistic promotion effects on cell proliferation of melanocytes, activity of tyrosinase and generation of melanin; after the hair blackening cream is used by a patient with white hair, the cure rate of the white hair can reach more than 90 percent, the preparation process of the hair blackening cream is simple, and various sanitary indexes and sensory indexes also meet the requirements of QB/T1857-2004 standard.
