5. An all terrain track and pulley combination as claimed in claim 4 wherein the shield is spaced on either side of the outer side of the pulley, the shield engaging the outer side of the track when assembled and being in one-to-one correspondence with the position of the outer teeth on the track.

An all-terrain track and pulley combination as claimed in claim 4, wherein the blocking structure comprises a plate-like rib, the rib is vertically disposed on the outside of the pulley, the rib and the pulley are integrated into a single structure, and the rib is symmetrically disposed on both sides of the track.

10. A wheelchair comprising a body portion and a chassis comprising an all terrain track and pulley combination as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
