Background

Alopecia refers to the phenomenon of hair falling off by separating from hair follicles.

The alopecia is caused by a plurality of reasons, such as alopecia caused by radiation, and the tumor patients are irradiated by isotope cobalt 60; various kinds of alopecia including alopecia areata, which are associated with mental factors, and also alopecia of unknown causes.

The technology relates to common alopecia of people: multiple alopecia (some called androgenetic alopecia or seborrheic alopecia) is called multiple alopecia because the range of people suffering from the alopecia is very wide and is distributed in all countries around the world; the number of people is large, only domestic alopecia groups are in the order of hundred million people, and alopecia patients are not classified into men and women. Many of the patients with alopecia have enough hair in adolescents, some of the patients have good hair quality, but with the aging, the scalp has itching, abundant sebum secretion and much scurf, and the alopecia is up to baldness.

The treatment of the multiple alopecia is a worldwide medical problem, and no treatment medicine which has definite curative effect, can stop the alopecia from spreading and developing and prevent the alopecia from occurring is found in China, Europe and America. Currently, the drugs used by medical institutions to treat alopecia are: 1) the mechanism of treating alopecia of the oral medicine finasteride is to reduce the concentration of dihydrotestosterone in vivo after being taken so as to achieve the purpose of treating alopecia; 2) and the externally applied medicine Mi Ruo Di Er Liniment can increase blood flow at the applied part and promote hair growth. The two main medicines are applied to clinical treatment for decades, the treatment effect is not satisfactory, and the problems of the spreading and development of the multiple alopecia and the prevention of the baldness cannot be fundamentally solved.

The invention provides a medicine for treating multiple alopecia and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the technical problem of poor treatment effect of the existing multiple alopecia.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

Through numerous failed tests, the applicant finds a chemical drug, namely the nitroimidazole derivative, which can effectively treat multiple alopecia, effectively inhibit the growth of the growth-promoting organisms which can extrude hair follicles, restore sebum secreted by sebaceous glands to a normal state and restore the healthy growth environment of hairs.

Preferably, the nitroimidazole derivative is selected from one or more of metronidazole, tinidazole, ornidazole, secnidazole, levoornidazole and dexornidazole.

The invention also provides a composition for treating multiple alopecia, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-2500 parts of nitroimidazole derivatives and 5000 parts of water.

Preferably, the composition consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of nitroimidazole derivative and 5000 parts of water.

Preferably, the nitroimidazole derivative is selected from one or more of metronidazole, tinidazole, ornidazole, secnidazole, levoornidazole and dexornidazole.

The invention also provides a preparation for treating alopecia multiplex, which comprises the composition as described in any one of claims 3-5, and also comprises pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials or auxiliary agents.

Preferably, the formulation dosage form includes one or more of a liquid formulation, a liniment, an ointment, a spray, a paste and a patch.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition for treating multiple alopecia, which comprises the steps of adding water into the nitroimidazole derivative, stirring, standing, pouring the supernatant into a container for cooking and sterilization, and quantitatively filling and sealing the cooled liquid.

The invention also provides a use method of the composition for treating the multiple alopecia, which is characterized in that the medicine is smeared on the skin of the head for 2-6 times a day and is continuously used for 6 months.

In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. after the medicament prepared by the invention is used for smearing, the number of the alopecia is obviously reduced, the spreading development of the alopecia is stopped, and the effect of preventing the baldness is achieved; and the number of hairs of the user is increased after the agent is used, and the hair quality is improved.
