1. A radar mount, comprising:

a first fixing plate (1) configured to be connectable with an upper connection plate of a bumper;

a mounting plate (2) configured for fixedly mounting a radar, the mounting plate (2) being connected with the first fixing plate (1);

a second fixing plate (3) having one end connected to the mounting plate (2) and/or the first fixing plate (1) and the other end configured to be connectable to a lower connecting plate of the bumper;

at least one of the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (3) is adjustable in position relative to an upper connecting plate or a lower connecting plate of the bumper.

2. Radar stand according to claim 1, characterised in that the second fixing plate (3) is Z-shaped, the second fixing plate (3) comprising a first arm (31) and a second arm (32), the first arm (31) being fixedly connected to at least one of the mounting plate (2) and the first fixing plate (1); the second arm (32) is configured to be connectable with a lower connection plate of the bumper.

3. Radar support according to claim 2, characterised in that the second arm (32) is configured to be connected position-adjustably to a lower web of the bumper, the second arm (32) being provided with a first oblong hole (33).

4. Radar support according to claim 3, characterised in that the first arm (31) is integrally formed or welded with the second arm (32);

or the first arm (31) and the second arm (32) are fixedly connected in a position-adjustable manner.

8. Radar support according to claim 7, characterised in that the two side edges of the first fixing plate (1) are bent upwards to form reinforcing edges; and/or a lightening hole (12) is arranged at the middle position of the first fixing plate (1).

9. Radar support according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the first fixing plate (1) is integrally formed with the mounting plate (2); or the first fixing plate (1) and the mounting plate (2) are welded into a whole.

10. A vehicle comprising a radar mount according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a radar support and a vehicle.

Background

In order to improve the driving safety of an automobile and realize functions of an automobile such as LDW (lane departure warning), FCW (front vehicle collision warning) and the like, a driving radar is generally required to be installed on a front bumper and a rear bumper of the automobile.

At present, a radar bracket is utilized to install a radar, and because the installation space in a front bumper is limited, in order to reduce the occupied volume of the radar bracket and the radar, one end of the radar bracket is usually fixed on the bumper, and then a driving radar is installed at the other end of the radar bracket. The rigidity of the existing radar support in the vertical direction is insufficient, and in the driving process of an automobile, the radar support and a driving radar easily generate severe vibration in the vertical direction, so that a radar sensitive device on the radar support is out of work, finally, functions of the automobile such as LDW (laser direct current) and FCW (fiber channel wave) can be out of work, and the driving safety of the automobile is affected. In addition, because the assembly deviation of bumper assembly, current radar support has the assembly difficulty when the assembly, and radar support adaptability is poor.

Therefore, a radar mount is urgently needed to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a radar support which has good adaptability, can improve the rigidity of the radar support and reduce the vibration amplitude; the installation adaptability can be improved, and the assembly difficulty is reduced.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle, wherein the radar bracket is applied to reduce the vibration amplitude of the radar, protect the radar, and improve the driving safety.

In order to realize the purpose, the following technical scheme is provided:

a radar mount, comprising:

a first fixing plate configured to be connectable with an upper connection plate of a bumper;

a mounting plate configured to fixedly mount a radar, the mounting plate being connected with the first fixing plate;

a second fixing plate having one end connected to the mounting plate and/or the first fixing plate and the other end configured to be connectable to a lower connection plate of the bumper;

at least one of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate is adjustable in position relative to an upper connecting plate or a lower connecting plate of the bumper.

Further, the second fixing plate is Z-shaped and comprises a first arm and a second arm, and the first arm is fixedly connected with at least one of the mounting plate and the first fixing plate; the second arm is configured to be connectable with a lower connection plate of the bumper.

Further, the second arm is configured to be connected with a lower connecting plate of the bumper in a position-adjustable mode, and a first long circular hole is formed in the second arm.

Further, the first arm and the second arm are integrally formed or welded into a whole;

or the first arm and the second arm are fixedly connected in a position-adjustable manner.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a radar bracket, which comprises a first fixing plate, a mounting plate and a second fixing plate, wherein the first fixing plate is configured to be capable of being connected with an upper connecting plate of a bumper; the mounting plate is configured to be used for fixing the radar, and the mounting plate is connected with the first fixing plate; one end of the second fixing plate is connected with the mounting plate and/or the first fixing plate, the other end of the second fixing plate is configured to be capable of being connected with the lower connecting plate of the bumper, and the position of at least one of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate relative to the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate of the bumper is adjustable. According to the radar support provided by the invention, the second fixing plate is arranged, one end of the second fixing plate is connected with the mounting plate and/or the first fixing plate, and the other end of the second fixing plate is configured to be arranged on the lower connecting plate of the bumper, so that the rigidity of the radar support can be increased, and the vibration amplitude of the radar support is reduced; through making in first fixed plate and the second fixed plate at least one for the upper junction plate of bumper and the adjustable position of lower connecting plate to can improve radar support's installation adaptability, reduce the assembly degree of difficulty.

According to the vehicle provided by the invention, by applying the radar support, the vibration amplitude of the radar can be reduced, the radar is protected, and the driving safety is improved.
