The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the wear-resistant high-strength track shoe and the production method of the track shoe are used, the mounting seat 2 is fixed on the front side of the track shoe, the clamping seat 9 is fixed on the back side of the track shoe corresponding to the mounting seat 2, the control cavity 3 is formed inside the mounting seat 2, the placing hole 4 is smaller than the control cavity 3, the mounting seat 2 penetrates through the mounting seat, the two control plates 6 are placed in the control cavity 3, the spring 5 is connected between the two control plates 6, the clamping rod 7 is installed on one side, not connected with the spring 5, of the control plate 6, the adjusting groove 8 is formed in the upper surface of the mounting seat 2, the position of the control plate 6 can be observed, the control plate 6 can be conveniently regulated and controlled through the adjusting groove 8, the clamping seat 9 is internally provided with the clamping groove 11, the shape and the size are consistent with that of the clamping rod 7, the inlet groove 10 is formed in the upper portion of the clamping groove 11, the position of the clamping rod 7 can be conveniently limited after the clamping rod 7 enters the clamping groove 11, when the two track shoes are connected, the mounting seat 2 on one track shoe is inserted in alignment with the clamping seat 9 of the other track shoe, so that the clamping rod 7 contacts the inner wall of the inlet groove 10, the control plate 6 inwards compresses the spring 5, the clamping rod 7 conveniently and gradually enters the clamping groove 11 downwards, the spring 5 resets to enable the clamping rod 7 to fill the clamping groove 11, the clamping rod 7 cannot be separated from the clamping groove 11 in use, and meanwhile, when the mounting seat 2 is detached and replaced, the spring 5 is compressed through the adjusting groove 8, the mounting seat 2 is rapidly taken down from the clamping seat 9, the track shoe is replaced, and therefore the replacement time of the track shoe is greatly reduced; the lower surface of the creeper tread is provided with a positioning groove 12 for conveniently limiting the installation position of a protective sleeve, the protective sleeve consists of an installation frame 13, a protective bottom plate 14, protective side plates 16 and fixed clamping blocks 15, the protective bottom plate 14 is fixed on the lower surface of the installation frame 13, the protective bottom plate 14 and a matching plate 21 are matched and bonded and fixed on the installation frame 13, the protective side plates 16 are fixed on two side edges of the lower surface of the installation frame 13, the fixed clamping blocks 15 are located at two integral end heads of the installation frame 13 and are matched with a fixed clamping groove 19 and a limiting clamping rod 20 on the creeper tread to connect the installation frame 13 and the creeper tread together, the protective bottom plate 14 is made of rubber materials and is installed at the lower part of the creeper tread, so that when the creeper tread runs on a road surface, the road surface cannot be broken, a large amount of damage cannot be caused to the road surface, and the loss of the creeper tread is reduced; the first connecting plate 25 and the second connecting plate 26 are positioned on the back surface of the track shoe, the connecting block 27 is positioned on the front surface of the track shoe corresponding to the gap between the first connecting plate 25 and the second connecting plate 26, after the two track shoes are connected through the mounting seat 2 and the clamping seat 9, the connecting block 27 on one track shoe is just inserted between the first connecting plate 25 and the second connecting plate 26 on the other track shoe, and the three are provided with a first connecting hole 29 and a second connecting hole 30, wherein, the tail end of the first connecting hole 29 is provided with a nut 28, after the connection is carried out through the installation seat 2 and the clamping seat 9, the reinforced connection can be carried out through the first connecting hole 29 or the second connecting hole 30, the first connecting hole 29 is matched with the nut 28 for reinforcement when a bolt is preferred, and the bolt is matched with the second connecting hole 30 for reinforcement, so that the connection between the two track shoes can be enhanced, and the breakage accidents of the two track shoes can be prevented.
