Referring to fig. 1, a water spraying pump 10 is fixedly installed at one end of the top of the frame 5, a water inlet end of the water spraying pump 10 is connected to an external water tank, a water pipe 11 is installed at a water outlet end of the water spraying pump 10, and the water pipe 11 is spirally arranged outside the treatment box 6, the outer side of the water pipe 11 is provided with branch pipes at equal intervals, and the end part of the branch pipe extends into the treatment box 6 and is provided with a spray opening 12, the spray opening 12 is arranged towards the placing basket 8, the other end of the top of the frame 5 is fixedly provided with a first hot air blower 13, and the air inlet end of the first air heater 13 is communicated with the outside, the air outlet end of the first air heater 13 is provided with a ventilation pipe 14, and the ventilation pipe 14 is spirally arranged outside the treatment box 6, the outside of the ventilation pipe 14 is provided with the shunt pipes at equal intervals, and the end of the shunt pipe extends into the treatment box 6 and is provided with a drying opening 15, and the drying opening 15 is arranged towards the placing basket 8.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a rotating motor 21 is fixedly installed on the top of the treatment tank 6, a driving gear 19 is fixed on the output shaft end of the rotating motor 21, an installation plate is fixed on the top end of the treatment tank 6, and the top of the mounting plate is rotationally connected with a first synchronizing wheel 22 through a rotating shaft, the central shaft of the first synchronizing wheel 22 is fixed with the rotating shaft on the mounting plate, a driven gear 20 is arranged outside the rotating shaft on the first synchronizing wheel 22, and the driven gear 20 is engaged with the driving gear 19, a second synchronous wheel 23 is arranged on the outer side of the top end of a rotating rod 25 in the feeding hopper 7, the first synchronizing wheel 22 is connected with the second synchronizing wheel 23 through synchronous belt transmission, the outer sides of the rotating rods 25 in the placing basket 8 are provided with third synchronizing wheels 24, and the third synchronous wheels 24 at the outer sides of the four rotating rods 25 are connected through synchronous belt transmission.

Referring to fig. 1, a second air heater 27 is fixedly installed at the top of the treatment box 6, an air inlet end of the second air heater 27 is communicated with the outside, rotary joints 28 are installed at the tops of the rotary rods 25, the inside of the rotary rods 25 is hollow, hot air outlets are equidistantly formed in the outer sides of the sections of the rotary rods 25 located inside the placing basket 8, an air outlet end of the second air heater 27 is connected with the rotary joints 28 through hot air pipes, and the rotary joints 28 are convenient for the rotary rods 25 to rotate;

the first hot air blower 13 and the second hot air blower 27 are controlled to work, water on the surface of the poultry meat is quickly dried through the combined action of the drying port 15 and the hot air outlet on the rotating rod 25, and after the drying is finished, the discharge port 9 and the control valve 29 on the discharge barrel 17 are opened, so that the poultry meat is placed on the conveying mechanism 2.

Referring to fig. 2, the feeding mechanism 3 includes a lifting cylinder 30, a feeding trough 31, a pushing cylinder 33 and a pushing plate 34, the feeding trough 31 is connected to an end portion of the conveying mechanism 2, a communicating port 32 is formed at a lower end of a side wall of the feeding trough 31, an end portion of the conveying mechanism 2 extends into the communicating port 32, the lifting cylinder 30 is fixedly mounted at a bottom of an inner wall of the feeding trough 31, a top plate 41 is fixed to an end portion of a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 30, the top plate 41 is slidably connected to the inside of the feeding trough 31 in a matched manner, the pushing cylinder 33 is fixedly mounted at a top end of the feeding trough 31 located at one side of the conveying mechanism 2, the pushing plate 34 is fixed to an end portion of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 33, the width of the pushing plate 34 is equal to that of the feeding trough 31, and the pushing plate;

the poultry meat is conveyed into the upper trough 31 through the conveying mechanism 2, after the poultry meat is placed on the top plate 41, the conveying mechanism 2 stops working, at the moment, the lifting cylinder 30 works, the top plate 41 rises, then the pushing cylinder 33 works, and the poultry meat is pushed to the operating platform 18.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the cutting mechanism 4 includes a support frame 35, a stamping cylinder 36, a cutting knife net 37 and an operation table 18, the operation table 18 is connected to the side of the feeding chute 31, the support frame 35 is fixedly installed at the top of the operation table 18, the stamping cylinder 36 is installed at the top of the support frame 35, the cutting knife net 37 is fixed at the end of a piston rod of the stamping cylinder 36 penetrating through the support frame 35, limit rods 38 are symmetrically fixed at the top of the cutting knife net 37, through holes in the vertical direction are symmetrically formed at the top of the support frame 35, and the limit rods 38 are connected inside the through holes in a sliding manner;

it should be noted that, the cutting knife net 37 is set to be a net-shaped structure, when poultry meat is cut, the poultry meat can be cut at one time, the cut meat is cut into blocks, the complex situation that the conventional cutting device firstly horizontally cuts the poultry meat and then conveys the poultry meat to the vertical cutting mechanism through the conveying belt is avoided, the poultry meat can be cut into blocks at one time, and the processing efficiency of the poultry meat is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, control valves 29 are installed on the outer sides of the discharging cylinder 17 and the discharging port 9, and the on-off of the discharging cylinder 17 and the discharging port 9 is conveniently controlled by the control valves 29.
