s1: firstly, coarsely crushing a sample, putting the sample into a centrifuge tube 3 which contains a proper amount of inorganic salt (such as magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride and the like) or a combination of the inorganic salt and the magnesium chloride in advance, then putting a proper amount of proton (such as ceramic proton or stainless steel proton) and adding a certain amount of organic extracting solution (such as acetonitrile and the like);

s2: the liquid blocking adapter 4 is rightly arranged in the centrifugal tube 3 and used for preventing the solution from overflowing in the vortex oscillation process, the sealing gasket 41 is located at the required expansion position 31, and at the moment, the rightly arranged position means that the needle 42 extends into the bottom of the centrifugal tube 3 and is a proper distance away from the extracting solution;

The solution is unlikely to flow out of the needle 42 in general, but for the sake of safety, the present embodiment designs the needle 42 in a funnel shape, and the solution flows back along the slope even if the solution partially flows out.
