Background

The navigation mark is an unattended automatic observation station for marine hydrology, water quality and weather, which takes a buoy as a main body, is anchored at a fixed position, floats in a small range by means of buoyancy of the buoy, and can continuously monitor local sea conditions in real time for a long time. Compared to marine survey vessels and coastal observation stations, marine buoys are able to collect extreme weather and real-time sea conditions in open sea areas. The ocean buoy is one of the most stable and reliable modes in ocean monitoring, and has extremely important functions in aspects such as ocean weather forecast, ocean scientific research, ocean economic development, offshore military activities and the like.

In the application of the prior art, a 500kV submarine cable of a Hainan networking system is the only communication channel between a Hainan power grid and a southern main grid, and once the submarine cable is damaged, the main grid can be disconnected, and huge impact is caused on the Hainan power grid. The sea cable route of the Hainan networking system passes through the main channel of the Qiongzhou strait, the sea traffic is busy, the passing frequency of large ships with anchors more than 1 ton is dense, and fishery activities and sea construction are frequent; since the submarine cable is launched, the passing ships frequently have wind-sheltering and anchoring events in the corner gulf and the nearby area of the submarine cable protection area. The navigation mark in the submarine cable protection area is laid according to the relevant national regulations, is used for marking the submarine cable protection area and warning that ships cannot break down, drag anchors, construct illegal fishery and other operations in the sea area near the submarine cable protection area, and plays a key role in ensuring that the submarine cable is not damaged by external force.

The navigation mark is fixed by a sinking block with the weight of 5 tons at the sea bottom, and the position of the navigation mark is only 30 meters away from the nearest part of the submarine cable. Therefore, in order to meet the current situation, a brand new navigation mark floater device is urgently needed to be developed to meet the actual use requirement.

the mobile terminal is in wireless communication connection with the ground server and is used for:

a user sets the electronic fence of the navigation mark;

and displaying the real-time positioning information processed by the ground server in real time.

The system further comprises an alarm module, wherein the alarm module is embedded in the mobile terminal and used for sending alarm information when the positioning signal of the navigation mark is not received or the positioning signal exceeds the electronic fence or the positioning module is in short power.

The navigation mark further comprises a positioning historical track module, wherein the positioning historical track module is embedded in the mobile terminal and is used for displaying the historical positioning information change track of the navigation mark.

the positioning module 2 is fixed on the navigation mark 1, connected with the ground server 4 arranged on the land through a satellite, and used for monitoring the positioning signal of the navigation mark 1 in real time and transmitting the positioning signal to the ground server 4 through the satellite. In this embodiment, the positioning module 2 adopts a GPS locator or a beidou locator.
