Technical problem

Through research on the existing soluble fracturing material, the inventor finds that the existing soluble fracturing material has too high early-stage dissolution speed at high temperature and high pressure and cannot meet the requirement of fracturing construction on material early-stage insolubility.

The invention provides a new technology for manufacturing a high-temperature-resistant corrosion-resistant soluble fracturing material, which improves the physical strength of the soluble material, and enables the soluble material to be insoluble at the early stage and quickly soluble at the later stage under high temperature and high pressure.

According to the design, the metal nickel is electroplated on the soluble magnesium-based alloy for coating, so that the magnesium-based alloy can be insoluble in the early stage under high temperature and high pressure and can be quickly dissolved in the later stage, and the requirement of fracturing construction on insolubility of the soluble material in the early stage is met.
