Background

With the maturity of rubber technology, the rubber track can also be suitable for the use of small and medium-sized engineering machinery, and in order to ensure the strength of rubber, steel cords are often adopted as a strength layer, and then a rubber track structure meeting the strength requirement is prepared in a way of vulcanized rubber wrapping.

A novel rubber track structure comprises a plurality of hinges which are connected end to end, and adjacent hinges are connected through pin shafts; the surfaces of the pin shafts are all wrapped by rubber layers;

For the purpose of enhancing the understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, which are only used for explaining the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1-6, a novel rubber track structure comprises a plurality of hinges 1 connected end to end, and adjacent hinges 1 are connected through a pin shaft 2; the surfaces of the pin shafts 2 are all wrapped by rubber layers;

the hinge 1 comprises a head inner clamping part and a tail outer clamping part, wherein a connecting pipe is arranged at the head inner clamping part, and a pin hole matched with the pin shaft is formed in the middle of the connecting pipe; the outer width of the head inner clamping part is matched with the groove width of the tail outer clamping part;

the pin shaft 2 sequentially penetrates through two adjacent hinges, the middle part of the pin shaft 2 is inserted in the connecting pipe, and two ends of the pin shaft 2 extend outwards.

Chain structures matched with the chain wheels are formed among the hinges 1 which are connected end to end.

The extension end of the pin shaft 2 is flat, and the size of the cross section of the extension end is gradually reduced from inside to outside.
