1. A thin layer identification method of polyporus umbellatus is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) preparing a polyporus umbellatus test solution;

(2) spreading on a silica gel thin layer plate by using cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid as a developing agent in a volume ratio of 8:1: 0.02-0.2;

(3) inspecting under ultraviolet lamp, or spraying ethanol sulfate, air drying, and inspecting under ultraviolet lamp.

2. The thin layer chromatography of polyporus umbellatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the volume ratio of ethyl acetate to formic acid is 8:1: 0.1.

3. The thin layer chromatography of Polyporus umbellatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detection wavelength is 365 nm; the volume percentage of the sulfuric acid ethanol is 10%.

4. The thin layer chromatography of umbellate pore fungus according to claim 1, for use in a composition comprising umbellate pore fungus.

5. The thin-layer chromatography of umbellate pore fungus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thin-layer chromatography is used for umbellate pore fungus herbs or umbellate pore fungus soup.

6. The thin layer chromatography of Polyporus umbellatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detection wavelength is 365 nm.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine quality detection, and relates to a thin layer identification method for polyporus umbellatus.

Background

Polyporus umbellatus is dried sclerotium of Polyporus umbellatus (Pers.) Fries of Polyporaceae. Has effects in promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness, and can be used for treating dysuria, edema, diarrhea, stranguria with turbid urine, and leukorrhagia. At present, the standard of the polyporus umbellatus only comprises the thin-layer identification of ergosterol, but the ergosterol has poor water solubility, is difficult to detect in a polyporus umbellatus water extract, and cannot qualitatively investigate the transferability of polyporus umbellatus components in medicinal materials, decoction pieces and the water extract. The research provides a polyporus umbellatus thin-layer identification method, and polyporus umbellatus medicinal materials are used as a reference, so that a plurality of polyporus umbellatus thin-layer spots can be displayed, polyporus umbellatus medicinal materials, decoction pieces and polyporus umbellatus components in an aqueous extract can be simultaneously detected, and the correlation of qualitative indexes of the polyporus umbellatus medicinal materials, namely the polyporus umbellatus aqueous extract can be conveniently researched.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a thin-layer polyporus umbellatus identification method, which can not only show a plurality of characteristic spots of polyporus umbellatus in a thin-layer chromatogram, but also can simultaneously detect polyporus umbellatus components in crude drug slices of polyporus umbellatus and water extracts, and is convenient for inspecting the transferability of qualitative components of polyporus umbellatus in crude drug slices and water decoction extracts containing polyporus umbellatus formulas.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.

A thin layer identification method of polyporus umbellatus comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a polyporus umbellatus test solution;

(2) developing on a silica gel thin layer plate by using cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid as a developing agent in a volume ratio of 8:1: 0.02-0.2, wherein formic acid is a developing system regulator;

(3) inspecting under ultraviolet lamp, or spraying ethanol sulfate, air drying, and inspecting under ultraviolet lamp.

Preferably, the volume ratio of the cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid is 8:1: 0.1.

Further, the detection wavelength is 365 nm; the volume percentage of the sulfuric acid ethanol is 10%.

The thin layer identification method of Polyporus umbellatus is used for composition containing Polyporus umbellatus.

The thin-layer identification method of the polyporus umbellatus is used for a polyporus umbellatus medicinal material or a polyporus umbellatus soup.

The innovation points of the invention are as follows:
