The applicant finds that in the laser cutting process, the cut object is irradiated by laser to be melted and combusted, so that more smoke is generated in the cutting process generally, the smoke is harmful to human bodies and can not disperse, and the smoke needs to be treated.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, optionally, the spray pipe 2 is communicated with the water return pipe 104 to form a circulation path, the horizontal center line of the spray pipe 2 and the horizontal center line of the purifying air pipe 302 are located on the same straight line, the spray header 201 is uniformly provided with a plurality of spray heads 201 along the horizontal center line of the spray pipe 2, the water return pipe 104 is communicated with the connecting branch pipe 101 and the spray pipe 2 through the three-way electromagnetic valve 202 to form a circulation path, the primary filter screen 4 and the filter screen embedding groove 303 are matched in size, the secondary filter screen 401 and the filter screen embedding groove 303 are matched in size, a smoke exhaust duct of the device is mainly composed of a smoke exhaust duct 3, a purifying air pipe 302 and a cooling air pipe 5, smoke generated during laser cutting can be extracted through connecting the smoke exhaust opening 301 at the front end of the smoke exhaust duct 3 into the laser cutting bin, and the smoke contains various solid particles, therefore, the two ends of the purifying air pipe 302 are provided with the primary filter screen 4 and the secondary filter screen 401, the primary filter screen 4 can filter the smoke to a certain degree, but most polluted solid particles can be eliminated by a water mist spraying method, the center of the purifying air pipe 302 is provided with a parallel spraying pipeline 2, the spraying pipeline 2 is connected out of a branch path through a cooling circulation path, some cooling water can be directly sprayed out through a spraying head 201, so that the smoke in the purifying air pipe 302 is subjected to water mist spraying purification to remove pollutants and purify the smoke, then the smoke can be further filtered through the secondary filter screen 401, the filtering efficiency can be improved through the water mist spraying purification, the service life of the filter screens can be prolonged, meanwhile, the primary filter screen 4 and the secondary filter screen 401 of the device are embedded and installed in the filter screen embedding groove 303 with matched size, and the primary filter screen 4 and the secondary filter screen 401 can be simultaneously extracted by pulling the C-, the primary filter screen 4 and the secondary filter screen 401 are embedded into the filter screen embedding groove 303 again during installation, and meanwhile, the fixing magnet 403 in the middle of the C-shaped connecting frame 402 can be adsorbed outside the purifying air pipe 302 to fix the filter screens, so that the installation and the replacement are more convenient.
