Application of manganese peroxidase in mycotoxin detoxification.

The use of claim 1, wherein the manganese peroxidase is selected from the group consisting of:

a) the amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1. SEQ ID NO: 4. SEQ ID NO: 7. SEQ ID NO: 10 and SEQ ID NO: 13 is shown in any one of the above formulas; or the like, or, alternatively,

b) a derivative protein which is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues to the amino acid sequence shown in a) and has the function of detoxifying mycotoxin; or the like, or, alternatively,

c) a protein having at least 70% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence set forth in a) and having mycotoxin detoxification functions.

The use according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mature protein of manganese peroxidase is selected from the group consisting of:

a) the amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 3. SEQ ID NO: 6. SEQ ID NO: 9. SEQ ID NO: 12 and SEQ ID NO: 15, or a salt thereof; or the like, or, alternatively,

b) a derivative protein which is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues to the amino acid sequence shown in a) and has the function of detoxifying mycotoxin; or the like, or, alternatively,

c) a protein having at least 70% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence set forth in a) and having mycotoxin detoxification functions.

Manganese peroxidase for mycotoxin detoxification, wherein said manganese peroxidase is selected from the group consisting of:

a) the amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1. SEQ ID NO: 4. SEQ ID NO: 7. SEQ ID NO: 10 and SEQ ID NO: 13 is shown in any one of the above formulas; or the like, or, alternatively,

b) a derivative protein which is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues to the amino acid sequence shown in a) and has the function of detoxifying mycotoxin; or the like, or, alternatively,

c) a protein having at least 70% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence set forth in a) and having mycotoxin detoxification functions.

The manganese peroxidase according to claim 4, wherein said mature protein of manganese peroxidase is selected from the group consisting of:

a) the amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 3. SEQ ID NO: 6. SEQ ID NO: 9. SEQ ID NO: 12 and SEQ ID NO: 15, or a salt thereof; or the like, or, alternatively,

b) a derivative protein which is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues to the amino acid sequence shown in a) and has the function of detoxifying mycotoxin; or the like, or, alternatively,

c) a protein having at least 70% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence set forth in a) and having mycotoxin detoxification functions.

A gene encoding the manganese peroxidase of claim 4 or 5.

The gene of claim 6, wherein said gene is selected from the group consisting of:

a) the nucleotide sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 16. SEQ ID NO: 19. SEQ ID NO: 22. SEQ ID NO: 25 and SEQ ID NO: 28, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; or the like, or, alternatively,

b) the nucleotide sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 18. SEQ ID NO: 21. SEQ ID NO: 24. SEQ ID NO: 27 and SEQ ID NO: 30; or the like, or, alternatively,

a nucleotide sequence which has at least 70% identity with the nucleotide sequence shown in a) or b) and codes the same or similar functions.

A recombinant vector comprising the gene of claim 6 or 7.

Recombinant strain comprising the gene according to claim 6 or 7 or comprising the recombinant vector according to claim 8.

A method for preparing the manganese peroxidase of claim 4 or 5, comprising the steps of:

1) transforming a host cell with the recombinant vector of claim 8 to obtain a recombinant strain;

2) culturing the recombinant strain, and inducing the expression of manganese peroxidase;

3) purifying the manganese peroxidase.
