The patent document with Chinese patent publication No. CN103625544A discloses a dual-motor driving device of an electric hydraulic power steering oil pump, wherein a main driving motor directly drives the oil pump to rotate, an auxiliary driving motor works in time, the working states of the dual-motor, such as rotating speed, torque and the like, are adjusted according to signals, such as the rotating speed of a steering wheel, the vehicle speed, the current of the two motors and the like, acquired by an electronic control unit ECU, and the two signals are coupled through a synchronous belt and a belt wheel by means of power of a one-way clutch, so that the control freedom degree of a steering system is improved, the low-speed steering is portable, the high-speed road feel is good, the motors only work at high speed when power is needed, the low-speed steering is carried out when the power is not turned, the energy consumption is low, when one. The problems that the single motor is large in load, large in noise, easy to age, easy to break down in a control unit, and has potential safety hazards in driving and the like can be solved to a certain extent.

The invention provides a vehicle which comprises a steering system, wherein a steering gear is arranged in the steering system, the vehicle also comprises a power-assisted steering system, the power-assisted steering system is preferably a hydraulic power-assisted steering system, the system comprises a double-shaft steering oil pump, a first steering motor and a second steering motor, a transmission shaft of the double-shaft steering oil pump extends out of two ends of the oil pump, one end of the transmission shaft is connected with the first steering motor, the other end of the transmission shaft is connected with the second steering motor, the power-assisted steering system also comprises a power-assisted oil way connected with the steering gear, and the double-shaft steering oil pump is arranged on the power-assisted.

The first steering motor is in driving connection with the transmission shaft through a first connecting mechanism, and the second steering motor is in driving connection with the transmission shaft through a second connecting mechanism; the first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism can be connecting blocks or couplings.

The control module is used for being in communication connection with the whole vehicle controller, and the two motor control units are also in communication. Meanwhile, each motor control unit and the corresponding motor can be arranged in an integrated mode, and the motor control units and the corresponding motors can also be arranged independently and connected through cables.

Under normal conditions, two sets of steering motors and corresponding control units simultaneously drive the double-shaft steering pump, and the two sets of steering motors respectively bear half of load, so that the two steering motors always work under a light-load working condition. Under special working conditions, when one set of steering motor and the corresponding control unit are in failure, the other set of steering motor and the corresponding control unit work independently to independently drive the hydraulic steering oil pump, so that continuous and stable hydraulic steering assistance is provided for the whole vehicle, and the driving safety of the whole vehicle is ensured.

As shown in fig. 1, the steering assist system applies hydraulic oil in an oil tank 4 to a steering gear 5 as hydraulic energy by pressurization of a steering oil pump 1, and assists steering of a vehicle. Normal operation is clockwise when viewed from the shaft end L2 and normal operation is counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft end L1. The second steering motor 3, M2, must work counterclockwise when viewed from its shaft end; the first steering motor 2, i.e. M1, must operate clockwise, as seen from its axial end. As shown in fig. 2, the control unit C2 controls the second steering motor M2 to operate counterclockwise; the control unit C1 controls the first steering motor M1 to operate clockwise.

Because the conventional internal combustion engine commercial vehicle generally only has a 24V low-voltage power supply, a driving system in the electric commercial vehicle supplies power for a high-voltage power supply, and a whole vehicle lighting and control system is a low-voltage power supply. The requirements for the power supply and steering motor and control unit assembly are therefore as follows:

if the vehicle is a traditional internal combustion engine commercial vehicle, two sets of steering motor and control unit assemblies and the corresponding power supply 7 adopt a low-voltage type; if the electric commercial automobile is adopted, the two sets of steering motors, the control unit assemblies and the corresponding power supplies 7 can be of a high-voltage type or a low-voltage type.

In addition, according to the above structure, it is required that the first steering motor M1 and the second steering motor M2 should be identical motors of the same type, the same model, etc., the input power and the input control signals are identical, and the two control units C1 and C2 should communicate with the vehicle control unit 6, respectively, in addition to the mutual communication. a. b are CAN _ H, CAN _ L communication interfaces respectively; c is an ignition signal, namely enabling control signals of the two steering motors and the control unit.

The working conditions of the two steering motors and the control unit CAN be known through CAN communication, one of the steering motors and the control unit has a fault, and the whole vehicle controller controls the other steering motor and the other control unit to immediately and independently work through CAN communication and drive the steering oil pump so as to provide steering assistance for the whole vehicle.

In the thought given by the present invention, the technical means in the above embodiments are changed, replaced, modified in a manner that is easily imaginable to those skilled in the art, and the functions are basically the same as the corresponding technical means in the present invention, and the purpose of the invention is basically the same, so that the technical scheme formed by fine tuning the above embodiments still falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
