Background

The connector and the coil need to be assembled and welded, for most of the existing laser welding equipment, manual feeding and pushing are needed, and meanwhile, manual operation is needed for clamping and installing the station, so that the precision is low, the efficiency is low, and the improvement of the product quality is not facilitated.

connector vibration plate 1, a blanking channel 2 connected to the connector vibration plate 1, and a vibrator 3 located at the bottom of the connector vibration plate 1, the blanking channel 2 extends into the upper end surface of a positioning and clamping plate 4, a pressing device 5 is installed on the positioning and clamping plate 4, the pressing device 5 is located at the end of the blanking channel 2, the conveying device includes a conveying motor 6, a conveying belt 7 and a return conveying belt 8, the conveying motor 6 is in driving connection with the conveying belt 7 and the return conveying belt 8, the return conveying belt 8 is installed side by side with the conveying belt 7, the welding device 27 is located at the lower side of the return conveying belt 8, the 27, when conveying to the second electric cylinder clamping hand 12, extracting the assembled material by the second electric cylinder clamping hand 12, placing the assembled material on the welding preparation station 15, positioning and clamping by the positioning plate 22, judging whether the position is correct by the positioning detector 23, starting the welding device 27 after the position is correct, arranging a laser spot welding head in the welding device 27, performing spot welding connection on the connection between the coil and the connector by the laser spot welding head, after the spot welding process is finished, placing the finished workpiece at the welding completion station 14 by the second electric cylinder clamping hand 12, and clamping a new material for spot welding, clamping the finished workpiece by the locking plate 25, detecting whether the third electric cylinder gripper 13 is in an idle state by the position-withdrawing detection device 26, and in the idle state, clamping the finished workpiece by the third electric cylinder gripper 13, placing the finished workpiece in the object-carrying trolley 10, and conveying the finished workpiece away by the conveying belt 7.
