When the device is used, the first limiting column 25 is manually positioned inside the fixed plate 3, the third limiting column 31 is positioned inside the first limiting plate 4, the second limiting column 29 is positioned inside the third limiting plate 34, the fourth limiting column 33 is positioned inside the second limiting plate 28, then the nut block 202 is positioned on the screw 205 to move by rotating the nut block 202, so as to drive the moving ring 201 and the clamping rod 204 to move on the screw 205, and along with the movement of the clamping rod 204, the spacing fixation is performed between the fixed plate 3 and the first limiting plate 4 and between the second limiting plate 28 and the third limiting plate 34, the second mounting plate 26 and the moving pipe 15 are respectively fixed relatively by using the mounted fixing component 2, and the mounting box 7 and the mounting frame 9 are fixed relatively, so that the traditional bolt fixing mode is changed, the later maintenance and replacement are facilitated, and then the rotating base 17 is fixedly connected with a fixed object, then, the lifting cylinder 13 is opened to drive the moving tube 15 to move, the fixture block 21 arranged on the limiting ring 20 is driven to slide in the through hole formed in the four corners of the side surface of the limiting tube 14 along with the movement of the moving tube 15, meanwhile, the fixed component 2 and the manipulator main body 1 are driven to move by the movement of the moving tube 15, further, the distance between the bottom end of the manipulator main body 1 and the bottom end of the rotating base 17 is adjusted along with the movement of the manipulator main body 1, after the adjustment is completed, the lifting cylinder 13 can be closed, then, the rotating cylinder 12, the lifting motor 22 and the cylinder arranged in the cylinder slide rail 8 are opened to drive the rotating shaft 11 and the mounting frame 9 to rotate, the manipulator main body 1 is driven to rotate along with the rotation of the mounting frame 9, and the cylinder arranged in the cylinder slide rail 8 is opened to drive the slide arranged on the cylinder slide rail 8 to move, so as to drive the rotation of the mounting box 7 and the manipulator main body 1 to rotate, utilize opening of elevator motor 22 afterwards to drive the rotation of lead screw 19, and the ball nut of installation is connected with the cooperation of lead screw 19 in the slider 5, and then make slider 5 be located gag lever post 6 and move, and along with the removal of slider 5 drives the removal of fixed column 35 respectively, and then drives the removal of second connecting block 18 and manipulator main part 1, thereby adjust the position relation between manipulator main part 1 and the transportation, and then utilize the manipulator main part 1 of installation to press from both sides tight the transportation, then transport the transportation can.
