The method for adjusting the dislocation of the wound tab as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein if the tab is dislocated towards the rotation direction of the winding needle, the pressure applied by the rubberizing rollers is reduced; and if the lug is dislocated towards the opposite direction of the rotation of the winding needle, the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller is increased.

5. A control system for adjusting dislocation of a winding tab is characterized by comprising:

the detection recording module is used for detecting the front end and the tail end of the tab and recording the time point when the front end and the tail end of the tab are detected to correspond to each other;

the calculation module is used for calculating the tab dislocation quantity according to the linear speed of the winding needle and the detected time between the front end and the tail end of the tab;

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments. It should be understood that the scope of the above-described subject matter is not limited to the following examples, and any techniques implemented based on the disclosure of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.

The invention discloses a dislocation adjusting method of a winding tab, which comprises the following steps:

calculating the tab dislocation according to the linear velocity of the winding needle and the detected time between the front end and the tail end of the tab;

adjusting the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller in the winding direction according to the tab dislocation amount; and correcting the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller in the winding direction according to the tab dislocation amount detected after blanking.

Specifically, the method for adjusting the dislocation of the wound tab adopts an image detection or photoelectric detection mode to detect the front end and the tail end of the tab. Meanwhile, the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller in the winding direction is controlled by an electric proportional valve.

In the dislocation adjusting method for the wound tab, if the tab is dislocated towards the rotation direction of the winding needle, the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller is reduced; and if the lug is dislocated towards the opposite direction of the rotation of the winding needle, the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller is increased.

In the implementation, the equipment takes 0.3Mpa pressure as a reference, the dislocation quantity is positive, which indicates that the tab is dislocated towards the rotation direction of the winding needle, and the dislocation quantity is negative, which indicates that the tab is dislocated towards the reverse direction of the rotation of the winding needle. the electric proportional valve 103 is used for adjusting the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller in the winding direction;

and the pressure control module 104 is used for adjusting or correcting the pressure applied by the rubberizing rollers in the winding direction according to the tab dislocation amount. Specifically, the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller in the winding direction is adjusted or corrected according to the dislocation direction of the tabs; if the tab is staggered towards the rotation direction of the winding needle, the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller is reduced; and if the lug is dislocated towards the opposite direction of the rotation of the winding needle, the pressure applied by the rubberizing roller is increased.

In the system for adjusting and controlling the dislocation of the wound tab, the detection and recording module 101 comprises an image acquisition unit or a photoelectric detection unit.
