a servo motor is arranged at one end part of the horizontal and transverse ball screw, and a left motor and a right motor are respectively fixedly arranged at the left side and the right side of the top end of the vertical ball screw;

the horizontal transverse ball screw is fixedly connected with the bottom of the vertical ball screw through a nut, a screw nut on the upper portion of the vertical ball screw is connected with the end portion of the horizontal longitudinal ball screw, a clamping piece is mounted on the screw nut of the horizontal longitudinal ball screw, a laser welding gun is clamped in the clamping piece, and the laser welding gun can move in the horizontal transverse direction, the horizontal longitudinal direction and the vertical direction through the synergistic effect of the ball screws in the horizontal transverse direction and the vertical direction;

the control system comprises a position sensor arranged on the workbench, ball screws arranged in the horizontal, horizontal and vertical directions, a displacement sensor arranged in the ball screws, and a PLC (programmable logic controller) arranged on the laser welding gun, wherein the PLC is a programmable logic controller, and the PLC controls the laser welding machine to integrally coordinate and move through feedback signals of the position sensor and the displacement sensor. The position sensor arranged on the workbench is used for sensing whether the rotating platform rotates to the correct position, and the displacement sensors in the ball screws in the transverse, horizontal and vertical directions are used for sensing whether the laser welding gun reaches the accurate welding position, so that the welding quality is guaranteed.

In any of the above aspects, it is preferred that the laser welding gun comprises a gun nozzle, a gun barrel, an adjusting knob and a guard handle.

In any of the above aspects, preferably, the barrel of the laser welding gun has an arc shape of forty-five to sixty-five degrees. The barrel of the laser welding gun has a certain radian, and compared with a common linear barrel, the laser welding gun has the advantages that the gun nozzle is more flexible, and the welding position and the laser moving range are easier to control.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, the positioning and clamping member includes a pneumatic clamp, and the pneumatic clamp uses a pressure air pump to realize accurate positioning and clamping of the safe box to be welded. The pressure air pump has the advantages that when the pressure in the air pump is low, the pressure is automatically supplemented, the power source is controlled in a certain range by air pressure, great deformation of the to-be-welded safe box caused by overlarge stress is avoided, and the operation is flexible, safe and reliable.

3. Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: according to the laser welding machine provided by the invention, as the laser welding machine has the general advantages of concentrated laser welding energy density, high welding speed, small deformation and high welding quality, the welding quality of the safe box can be fundamentally improved, and the manufactured safe box is moisture-proof, firm and corrosion-resistant.
