(6) centrifuging; centrifuging the precipitated solution by using a centrifuge, wherein a third solid material obtained by centrifuging is a crude product of the isolated soy protein;

(7) drying, adding water into the crude soybean protein product to adjust the pH value to 7-8, sterilizing and drying to obtain the isolated soybean protein powder.

Preferably, in the step 3, the weight of the sodium hydroxide solution in the first leaching process is 12 times of that of the soybean meal, and the weight of the sodium hydroxide solution in the second leaching process is 6 times of that of the first solid material.

Preferably, in the step 2, the soybeans are deoiled through an oil press, and the particle size of the deoiled and pulverized soybeans is less than 2 mm.

Preferably, in step 7, the sterilization is performed by pasteurization.

Preferably, in step 7, the crude soybean is put into a drying oven for drying and sterilization, and is sterilized by an ultraviolet lamp.
