s3 three-phase separation: conveying the fermented homogenized cooked batter into a three-phase horizontal screw centrifuge by using an eccentric screw for centrifugal treatment, and separating three-phase main products, namely light-phase C starch, middle-phase B starch and wheat gluten, heavy-phase A starch and fibers;

preparation of S4 wheat gluten: sending the middle-phase product into a curing tank for curing and stirring, conveying the cured and stirred middle-phase product into a two-phase horizontal spiral separator by using a pump for separation, outputting from the bottom flow of the separator to obtain concentrated-phase starch B, outputting from the overflow of the separator to obtain gluten, and sending the gluten into a gluten drying system for drying treatment to obtain gluten;

The method for extracting wheat gluten from wheat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sixth step of S6 waste water treatment comprises: collecting the waste water generated in the production process of the five steps, filtering the collected waste water by using a filter screen, wherein the diameter of the filter screen is 0.5 cm, filtering to take out large-particle floating slag, conveying the filtered waste water into an anaerobic tank by using a pump, performing anaerobic fermentation to prepare biogas, collecting the steam generated in the anaerobic fermentation process, and using the steam in the drying treatment process of starch and wheat gluten.

and (S5) byproduct treatment: collecting starch C, starch A and fiber obtained by three-phase separation and starch B obtained in the preparation process of wheat gluten, preparing starch, and outputting overflow of three-phase separation to obtain pentosan solution;

s6 wastewater treatment: collecting the wastewater generated in the production process of the five steps, and filtering and carrying out anaerobic fermentation treatment on the collected wastewater to obtain methane and reusable steam;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the scheme designs an extraction method of wheat gluten, and the scheme comprises six steps of dough making, homogenizing and fermenting, three-phase separation, preparation of the wheat gluten, byproduct treatment and wastewater treatment.
