At present, most of methods for cooling batteries before adding acid adopt natural standing cooling, and acid is added after the batteries are cooled to room temperature, so that the method needs too long time and reduces the production efficiency; a few enterprises install an air cooling system behind the color adhesive curing kiln, and the cooling speed is accelerated in a mode that the fan blows air towards the battery. In short, a method capable of efficiently cooling and saving energy before adding acid to the battery is lacked in the existing production.

As shown in fig. 1, the battery cooling energy-saving device of the present invention comprises a color paste curing kiln 1, an outdoor unit 11 installed on the side wall of the color paste curing kiln 1, a battery rolling slide rail 2 for conveying the batteries in the color paste curing kiln 1, a cooling chamber 3 for receiving the batteries conveyed from the battery rolling slide rail 2, and the batteries being cooled in the cooling chamber 3; the indoor air conditioner 33 is connected with the cooling chamber 3 for reducing the temperature in the cooling chamber 3, the indoor air conditioner connecting pipe and the electric connecting wire 22 are communicated with the outdoor unit 11 and the indoor air conditioner connecting pipe, and the outdoor air conditioner connecting pipe 11 is used for providing heat for curing the color paste to the color paste curing kiln 1. The invention can quickly reduce the temperature of the battery before adding acid; the production efficiency is improved, the energy consumption is saved, and the production cost is reduced; the functions of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are fully utilized, the product turnover time is shortened, and the standard line continuous production is realized.
