the cutting head is internally provided with a laser generating device;

The following description of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a die cutting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the cutting head 1 is internally provided with a laser generating device; the laser emission tube 2 is arranged inside the cutting head 1 and is used for transmitting a laser beam 11 emitted by the laser generation device; the focusing lens 3 is arranged inside the laser emission tube 2 and used for focusing the laser beam 11 on the processing position of the workpiece 5; and a nozzle 4 provided at an outlet of the laser emitting tube 2 for emitting a laser beam 11 and a cutting gas 6 to hit the workpiece 5.

In an embodiment, the focusing lens 3 includes a lens and an optical mirror.

In the exemplary embodiment, the cutting gas 6 is emitted coaxially with the laser beam 11.

In an embodiment, the nozzle 4 includes an inner nozzle 41 and an outer nozzle 42, the inner nozzle 41 has a through hole on an axial line of the laser emitting tube 2, and the outer nozzle 42 is fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the inner nozzle 41 and spirally forms an air passage along the through hole.

In an embodiment, the cutting head further comprises a positioning detection mechanism which is arranged on the periphery of the cutting head 1 and is parallel to the extending direction of the laser beam 11.

The die cutting device in this embodiment blows out the melt generated when the laser beam heats the workpiece from the slit by means of the cutting gas.
