1. A substrate for mounting a light emitting element includes:

a substrate comprising a ceramic;

an element terminal provided on a surface of the substrate and on which a light-emitting element is mounted;

a power supply terminal provided on the substrate and connected to an external power supply; and

a wiring portion provided inside the substrate and electrically connecting the element terminal and the power supply terminal,

the wiring portion has:

a1 st conductor extending in a surface direction of the substrate; and

and a2 nd conductor extending substantially parallel to the 1 st conductor on a side opposite to the surface and connected in parallel to the 1 st conductor.

2. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to claim 1,

the wiring portion has:

a1 st via conductor extending in a thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the element terminal to the 1 st conductor;

a2 nd via conductor extending in a thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the power supply terminal and the 1 st conductor; and

and a3 rd and a4 th via hole conductors extending in the thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the 1 st and 2 nd conductors.

3. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to claim 2,

in a plan view of the substrate, the 1 st via conductor and the 3 rd via conductor are arranged at substantially the same position, and the 2 nd via conductor and the 4 th via conductor are arranged at substantially the same position.

4. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to claim 2,

in a plan view of the substrate, the 1 st via conductor and the 3 rd via conductor are disposed at different positions, and the 2 nd via conductor and the 4 th via conductor are disposed at different positions.

5. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to claim 1,

the wiring portion has:

a1 st via conductor extending in a thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the element terminal to one of the 1 st conductor and the 2 nd conductor;

a2 nd via conductor extending in a thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the power supply terminal to the other of the 1 st conductor and the 2 nd conductor; and

and a3 rd and a4 th via hole conductors extending in the thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the 1 st and 2 nd conductors.

6. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to claim 5,

the 1 st conductor extending between the 3 rd and 4 th via conductors is substantially equal in length to the 2 nd conductor extending between the 3 rd and 4 th via conductors.

7. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to claim 1,

the wiring portion has:

a1 st via conductor extending in a thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the element terminal to the 2 nd conductor;

a2 nd via conductor extending in a thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the power supply terminal to the 2 nd conductor; and

and a3 rd and a4 th via hole conductors extending in the thickness direction of the substrate and connecting the 1 st and 2 nd conductors.

8. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to any one of claims 1 to 7,

the 2 nd conductor is wider than the 1 st conductor.

9. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to any one of claims 1 to 8,

in a case where the substrate is bisected in the thickness direction, the 1 st conductor and the 2 nd conductor are both disposed on the surface side.

10. The substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to any one of claims 1 to 9,

the wiring portion has: and a3 rd conductor extending substantially parallel to the 2 nd conductor on a side opposite to the surface and connected in parallel to the 2 nd conductor.

11. A light-emitting device is provided with:

the substrate for mounting a light-emitting element according to any one of claims 1 to 10; and

and a light-emitting element mounted on the element terminal of the light-emitting element mounting substrate.

The disclosed embodiments relate to a light-emitting element mounting substrate and a light-emitting device.

Background

Conventionally, as a light-emitting element mounting substrate for mounting a light-emitting element, there is known a substrate including: a light-emitting element connection terminal pad and an external connection terminal pad formed on the insulating substrate; and a conductor wiring formed on the insulating substrate and electrically connecting the two pads (see, for example, patent document 1).

A light-emitting element mounting substrate according to an aspect of an embodiment includes: a substrate comprising a ceramic; an element terminal provided on a surface of the substrate and on which a light-emitting element is mounted; a power supply terminal provided on the substrate and connected to an external power supply; and a wiring portion provided inside the substrate and electrically connecting the element terminal and the power supply terminal. Further, the wiring portion has: a1 st conductor extending in a surface direction of the substrate; and a2 nd conductor extending substantially parallel to the 1 st conductor on a side opposite to the surface and connected in parallel to the 1 st conductor.

In addition, a light-emitting device according to an aspect of an embodiment includes: the above-described substrate for mounting a light-emitting element; and a light emitting element mounted on the element terminal of the light emitting element mounting substrate.
