Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of broken rice protein extraction, and particularly relates to a soaking pool for producing broken rice protein.

Background

Rice is one of the most important grain crops in China, and the annual yield of rice in normal annual scenes is about 2 hundred million tons, which accounts for 2/5 of the grain yield in China. Rice as a staple food produces by-products during processing into rice, such as about 20% of rice hulls, 15% of broken rice, and 10% of rice bran. Broken rice is a by-product generated in the rice milling process, has certain difference with whole rice in shape, but has completely the same chemical components as whole rice and much lower price than whole rice. Therefore, most of the broken rice is used as feed or wine, and the added value is not high, and in recent years, the extraction of broken rice protein using broken rice as a raw material is gradually started to improve the added value of broken rice. Broken rice protein is soaked in need putting into the fermentation vat to broken rice before proposing, but the fermentation vat that has now does not have agitating unit broken rice to put into the fermentation vat ubiquitous easy piling up, the inhomogeneous condition of distribution, if not stir it and open, then can reduce the area of contact of broken rice and water to prolong the soak time greatly.

Further, a water outlet is formed in the bottom of one side wall of the soaking pool body; the water outlet is connected with a water outlet pipe; a first valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe; a filter screen is also arranged on the water outlet;

the upper part of one side wall of the soaking pool body is provided with a water inlet; the water inlet is connected with a water inlet pipe; and a second valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe.

Further, a heating sheet is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the soaking pool body; a water-stop plate is arranged above the heating sheet; still install the temperature sensor who is used for detecting the temperature on an inside wall of steeping cistern body.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the rice-crushing device is reasonable in structural design, the stirring shaft is driven by the motor to rotate, and the stirring shaft enables crushed rice in the soaking pool to turn over, so that the crushed rice is not accumulated, the contact area of the crushed rice and water is increased, and the soaking time is shortened; after the soaking is finished, the support rod is moved upwards through the extension of the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the lower end of the stirring shaft is separated from the soaking pool, and broken rice soaked in the soaking pool is conveniently moved out of the soaking pool for the next procedure.

2. According to the invention, the heating sheets are electrified while the stirring shaft stirs, so that the heating sheets heat the water in the soaking pool, the speed of the water entering the broken rice is increased, the soaking time of the broken rice is reduced, and the soaking efficiency of the broken rice is improved.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
