4. Control unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam (40-44) contains gas bubbles, the diameter of which is on average 1mm, preferably less than 0.1 mm.

5. Control unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam (40-44) comprises 1000 to 100000 bubbles per square centimeter.

6. Control unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam (40-44) with an average bubble size of less than 0.1mm comprises 100000 to 800000 bubbles per square centimeter.

7. Control unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam (40-44) is a synthetic resin foam with embedded particles of a rubber-elastic material.

8. Control unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam (40-44) is not fully cross-linked and that the foam (40-44) is self-healing in the event of crack formation.

9. Control unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam (40-44) contains graphite particles as filler.

10. The control unit of claim 9, wherein the foam (40-44) contains 3 to 20% by weight graphite particles.

11. Control unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam (40-44) contains paraffin as filler.

12. The control unit of claim 10, wherein the foam (40-44) contains 3 to 20% by weight of paraffin wax.
