2) fixing a steering screw assembly, a bearing A (13), a middle shell (3) with a pressed small bearing and a baffle (4) together, and simultaneously fixedly mounting a worm wheel (12) of a booster A and a worm wheel (12) of a booster B on a steering screw (11);

3) welding a rotor of the sensor (6) on the end face of the steering screw (11), welding a stator of the sensor (6) on the input shaft (10), and then loading a steel ball (16) into a spiral trajectory between the steering nut (15) and the steering screw (11) to complete the assembly of the middle shell (3) and the screw nut assembly;

4) the bearing B (20) is arranged at the tail part of the steering gear shell (18), and then a sealing element is arranged to complete the assembly of the mechanical steering gear shell assembly;

Background

At present, a speed reducing mechanism used by an electric steering gear commonly used by vehicles is in a conventional one-level worm gear and worm speed reducing mechanism form, because a metal worm gear is high in noise and low in efficiency, the worm gear is generally made of nylon materials with high use efficiency and low noise, and a worm is made of metal materials, but the nylon materials cannot bear large torque due to the strength problem, the output torque of the electric steering gear basically only can meet the requirement of the output torque of a light commercial vehicle, and cannot meet the torque output requirement of medium and heavy commercial vehicles; meanwhile, on the other hand, the speed reducing mechanism used by the existing electric steering gear is single in structural form, often interferes with the appearance space of the whole vehicle, and is difficult to meet the requirements of assembling and clearance of the whole vehicle of different customers, so that the speed reducing mechanism needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: the assembling method of the double power-assisted mechanisms of the recirculating ball steering gear is simple and compact in structure, and can meet the requirements of different clients on the whole vehicle assembling and clearance on the premise of meeting the torque output of medium and heavy commercial vehicles.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

an assembly method of a double-boosting mechanism of a recirculating ball steering gear; the method is characterized in that: it comprises the following steps:

1) fixedly assembling an input shaft, a torsion bar, a steering screw and a cylindrical pin of a double-boosting mechanism of the recirculating ball steering gear into a steering screw assembly;

2) fixing the steering screw assembly, the bearing A, the middle shell pressed with the small bearing and the baffle together, and simultaneously fixedly mounting worm wheels of the booster A and the booster B on the steering screw,

3) welding a rotor of the sensor on the end face of the steering screw rod, welding a stator of the sensor on the input shaft, and then loading a steel ball into a spiral trajectory between the steering nut and the steering screw rod to complete the assembly of the middle shell and the screw nut assembly;

4) the bearing B is arranged at the tail part of the mechanical steering gear shell, and then a sealing element is arranged to complete the assembly of the mechanical steering gear shell assembly;

5) sequentially installing the adjusting gasket, the middle shell, the steering screw nut assembly, the steering arm shaft and the side cover assembly into the mechanical steering gear shell assembly, and then installing an upper cover provided with a bearing C;

6) connecting a sensor wire harness to a sensor, tightening and fixing the sensor wire harness by using a hexagonal flange face bolt, testing the axial clearance of an input shaft, installing the worms of the booster A and the booster B in a steering gear shell corresponding to the worm wheel through a large bearing and a small bearing which are symmetrically arranged in the steering gear shell, and connecting the worms with the corresponding worm wheel in a meshing manner; completing the assembly of the circulating ball steering gear body;

7) respectively installing motors of the booster A and the booster B on a steering gear shell, and screwing and fixing the motors by using bolts with hexagonal flange surfaces; and then inserting the sensor wire harness into the corresponding clamping groove of the controller, and connecting the booster A and the booster B through a whole vehicle signal wire harness assembly, thereby completing the assembly of the double-boosting mechanism of the recirculating ball steering gear.

the invention has the positive effects that:

1) the invention adopts double power-assisted mechanisms on the recirculating ball type mechanical steering gear, synchronously controls two motors through a controller (ECU), and realizes intelligent steering of the whole vehicle through a sensor in the recirculating ball type mechanical steering gear and signal input of the whole vehicle.

2) Because the double-booster mechanism is adopted, when the output torque is lower, the booster A and the booster B share the output torque (two sets of boosters respectively share half of the output torque), the transmission ratio of the speed reducing mechanism can be reduced, and the overall dimension of the speed reducing mechanism is reduced; or the transmission ratio of the speed reducing mechanism is kept unchanged, the output torque requirement of the motor is reduced, and the cost and the overall dimension of the motor can be greatly reduced.

3) Because the double-booster mechanism is adopted, when the output torque is higher, the booster A and the booster B share the torque born by the worm wheel end (two sets of boosters share half the torque respectively), thereby avoiding the problem that the existing nylon material worm wheel cannot bear larger torque. When the output torque is higher, the requirement of the transmission ratio of a single set of speed reducing mechanism can be reduced, the problem of the transmission ratio of an oversized speed reducing mechanism caused by the requirement of the output torque is avoided, the appearance size caused by the transmission ratio of the oversized speed reducing mechanism is large, and the problem of sacrificing the strength of the speed reducing mechanism for reducing the appearance is solved.

4) The double-boosting mechanism can be flexibly installed on the shell of the electric circulating ball steering gear, meets the requirements of different customers on the whole vehicle assembly and clearance, and the requirements of the space arrangement, the output capacity and the intelligent steering function of a full series of commercial vehicles, and can realize the redundancy function through the number of the motors under the condition of using non-redundant motors.

The adjusting gasket 14, the middle shell 3, the steering screw nut assembly and the steering arm shaft and side cover assembly 17 are sequentially installed in the mechanical steering gear shell assembly, then the upper cover 5 provided with the bearing C7 is installed, meanwhile, the sensor wire harness is connected to the rotor and the stator of the sensor 6 and is screwed and fixed by a hexagonal flange face bolt, the axial clearance of the input shaft 10 is tested, the worms 26 of the booster A and the booster B are installed in the steering gear shell 18 corresponding to the worm wheel 12 through the large bearings 24 and the small bearings 27 symmetrically arranged in the steering gear shell 18, and the worms 26 are meshed and connected with the corresponding worm wheel 12, so that the assembly of the recirculating ball steering gear body is completed.

Respectively installing the motors 2 of the booster A and the booster B on a steering gear shell 18, and screwing and fixing the motors by using bolts with hexagonal flange surfaces; controller 1 fixed mounting is in 2 one ends of motor, inserts the sensor pencil in controller 1 corresponds the draw-in groove, and the 2 other ends of motor are connected with the worm 26 that corresponds through the pilot hole that corresponds, and controller 1 between booster A and the booster B is connected through whole car signal pencil assembly, accomplishes the assembly of the two helping hand mechanisms of recirculating ball steering gear from this.

According to the invention, as the double-boosting mechanism of the booster A and the booster B is adopted on the recirculating ball steering gear body, when the output torque is lower, the booster A and the booster B share the output torque (two sets of boosters respectively share half of the output torque), so that the transmission ratio of the speed reducing mechanism can be reduced, and the overall dimension of the speed reducing mechanism is reduced; or the transmission ratio of the speed reducing mechanism is kept unchanged, the output torque requirement of the motor is reduced, and the cost and the overall dimension of the motor can be greatly reduced. When output torque is higher, booster A and booster B share the moment of torsion that worm wheel end bore (two sets of boosters respectively share half moment of torsion), avoid the problem that current nylon materials worm wheel can't bear great moment of torsion from this. And when the output torque is higher, the requirement of the transmission ratio of a single set of speed reducing mechanism can be reduced, the problem of the transmission ratio of an oversized speed reducing mechanism caused by the requirement of the output torque is avoided, the problem of large overall dimension caused by the transmission ratio of the oversized speed reducing mechanism and the problem of sacrificing the strength of the speed reducing mechanism for reducing the overall dimension are solved.

Example 4:

as shown in fig. 4; the booster A and the booster B are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the tail end of the steering gear, and the improvement scheme of the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 is that;

firstly, an input shaft 10, a torsion bar 9, a steering screw 11 and a cylindrical pin 8 of a double-boosting mechanism of the recirculating ball steering gear are fixedly assembled into a steering screw assembly. The double-boosting mechanism of the recirculating ball steering gear comprises a recirculating ball steering gear body, a booster A and a booster B. Booster a and booster B share one worm wheel 12.
