Background

Semiconductor laser products are favored by various industries by virtue of own advantages. The manufacturing process of the semiconductor laser is more and more mature and stable, and in order to pursue high power, high conversion efficiency and long service life, the semiconductor laser needs to be coated on the cavity surface to optimize the reflectivity.

In the process of coating the film on the semiconductor laser, a plurality of bars need to be arranged together, and then the film is coated on the two cavity surfaces respectively. The bars of semiconductor lasers are small and delicate and cumbersome to arrange. In japan, germany and other countries, an automatic binding machine has been produced to replace the manual binding, but the price of the equipment is relatively high and the efficiency is not high. Currently, most of the industry uses manual loading of the strips, with forceps or a vacuum wand to pick up the strips, which are then placed in a specially made jig. In the process of assembling the bars, because the factors of static electricity, friction, adhesion and the like exist among the bars, the cavity surfaces of the bars are not easy to arrange in order. When the bar with uneven cavity surface is coated, a shielding effect exists, so that the film layer is uneven, and the quality and the stability of the product are influenced. In order to solve the problems, the main measure at present is to adopt a strip accompanying process, namely, the strips are separated by a matching strip and a strip accompanying the cavity length of which is shorter than the strips, the strips are in a protruding state in the cavity surface direction, and the shielding effect of the strips can be reduced during film coating. In order to reduce the membrane material infiltration of the bar PN surface, the protruding amount of the bar cavity length is generally controlled within ten and several microns. The bars may not protrude out of alignment due to metal adhesion and technology.

Chinese patent CN104218446A discloses a semiconductor laser bar loading device and method, the device includes a support and a clamp, four ridges are provided on the support, the height of the middle two ridges is the same and lower than the height of the outer two ridges. The clamp comprises a fixed clamping plate, a movable clamping plate, a guide post and a spring. The guide post is connected with the fixed clamping plate; the movable clamping plate is provided with grooves corresponding to the four ridges of the support and can move up and down along the guide post; a tension spring is arranged between the fixed splint and the movable splint. When the batten is installed, the clamp is placed on the support, the movable clamping plate is pushed upwards, the accompanying batten and the batten are placed on the ridge corresponding to the support alternately from bottom to top, and then the movable clamping plate moves downwards to clamp the batten. The technical core of the patent is that two groups of ridges are utilized to determine the height difference, the bar cavity surface falls on the middle two ridges, and the associated cavity surface falls on the ridges on the two sides of the outer edge. the height of two ridges in the middle of four ridges is the same, and the height of two ridges in the outside is the same, and the height that highly is less than two ridges in the outside of two ridges in the middle, the interval of two ridges in the middle slightly is lighter than the length of stick, guarantee that the stick can place on two ridges in the middle can, the interval of two ridges in the outside is greater than the length of stick and slightly is less than the length of accompanying the stick, accompanies the strip and places on two ridges in the outside, the chamber length of stick is greater than the chamber length of accompanying the strip, guarantees to adorn the strip after, the stick all is higher than accompanying the strip in chamber length direction.

Preferably, the through hole positioned at the upper side of the bracket is provided with an internal thread, and one end of the connecting pipe is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread of the through hole.
