An exterior rear view mirror assembly, comprising a mirror frame (1), a lens (2) and a mirror cover (3) assembled on the mirror frame (1), wherein a mounting box (6) is integrally formed on the mirror frame (1), the mounting box (6) is arranged towards the mirror cover (3), and a microphone assembly (4) is assembled on the mounting box (6); a sound amplifying hole (5) communicated to the end face of one side, facing the mirror cover (3), of the mirror frame (1) is formed in the end face of one side, facing the lens (2), of the mirror frame (1), and the sound amplifying hole (5) is arranged right opposite to the microphone assembly (4); a gap (8) for sound to enter is reserved between the spectacle frame (1) and the spectacle lens (2), and sound is transmitted through the gap (8) and the sound diffusion hole (5).
