folding the first folding area to cover the first battery cell, wherein the first end part covers the air bag area; and folding the second folding area to cover the second battery cell, wherein the second end part covers the air bag area.

The method of claim 2, wherein in the step S0, the aluminum-plastic film includes a main body region and a protrusion, the main body region has a rectangular sheet structure, the first folded region, the first cell placing region, the air pocket region, the second cell placing region and the second folded region are formed on the main body region, and the protrusion is disposed at a side of the air pocket region.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein in step S1, the liquid injection port is formed by avoiding the protruding part when the top seal and the bottom seal are performed on the aluminum plastic film.

5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 further includes:

carrying out side sealing on a first turned edge formed after the first end part is turned over; and carrying out side sealing on a second folded edge formed after the second end part is folded.

6. The method for preparing the lithium ion battery according to claim 1, wherein the step of sealing the gas pocket region comprises the following steps: performing hot-pressing edge sealing on one side, close to the first battery cell placing area, of the air bag area;

and carrying out hot-pressing edge sealing on one side of the air bag area close to the second battery cell placing area.

7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the extraction opening is formed by cutting the liquid injection opening after formation.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the separated first cell and the second cell are subjected to cutting, folding and blanching processes to form two finished batteries.

Technical Field

Background

Lithium ion batteries have been widely used in consumer electronics and electric vehicle products due to their high energy density, long cycle life, and no memory effect. With the rapid development of smart phones, the battery industry is competitive, and on the premise of meeting the product quality, the production efficiency needs to be continuously improved, and the production cost needs to be reduced.

At present, when a polymer flexible package battery is produced in top-side sealing, liquid injection, formation and secondary sealing, the polymer flexible package battery is generally produced in a mode of one aluminum-plastic film and one battery cell, an air bag required by the battery is long, and the production efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the problem of lower production efficiency in the existing lithium ion battery production process, a preparation method of the lithium ion battery is provided.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a preparation method of a lithium ion battery comprises the following steps:

s1, folding and pre-sealing the first end part and the second end part of the aluminum-plastic film to form a first battery cell placing area, an air bag area and a second battery cell placing area which are sequentially arranged and communicated in the aluminum-plastic film, wherein the first battery cell placing area contains a first battery cell, the second battery cell placing area contains a second battery cell, top sealing and bottom sealing are carried out on the aluminum-plastic film, and a liquid injection port is reserved on the periphery of the air bag area;

s2: the gas bag area is sealed to form, the gas bag area is provided with a gas extraction opening, gas is extracted, the gas bag area is sealed to separate the first cell placing area from the second cell placing area, and the gas bag area is cut to separate the first cell placing area from the second cell placing area.

Optionally, before the step S1, the method further includes:

s0: the method comprises the following steps of tiling an aluminum-plastic film, wherein a first turnover area, a first battery cell placing area, an air bag area, a second battery cell placing area and a second turnover area are sequentially arranged on the aluminum-plastic film along the direction from a first end part to a second end part of the aluminum-plastic film; placing a first cell in the first cell placement area and a second cell in the second cell placement area;

folding the first folding area to cover the first battery cell, wherein the first end part covers the air bag area; and folding the second folding area to cover the second battery cell, wherein the second end part covers the air bag area.

Optionally, in step S0, the aluminum-plastic film includes a main body region and a protrusion, the main body region is a rectangular sheet structure, the first folding region, the first cell placement region, the air bag region, the second cell placement region, and the second folding region are formed on the main body region, and the protrusion is disposed on a side of the air bag region.

Optionally, in step S1, when the top seal and the bottom seal are performed on the aluminum plastic film, the protrusion is avoided to form the liquid injection port.

Optionally, in step S1, the method further includes:

carrying out side sealing on a first turned edge formed after the first end part is turned over; and carrying out side sealing on a second folded edge formed after the second end part is folded.

Optionally, the "sealing two at the air pocket region" includes the following operations: performing hot-pressing edge sealing on one side, close to the first battery cell placing area, of the air bag area;

and carrying out hot-pressing edge sealing on one side of the air bag area close to the second battery cell placing area.

Optionally, after formation, the liquid injection port is cut to form the air extraction port.

Optionally, the separated first battery cell and the separated second battery cell are subjected to cutting, edge folding and hot ironing processes to form two finished batteries.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, a method for preparing a lithium ion battery provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:

s0: the method comprises the following steps of tiling an aluminum-plastic film 1, wherein a first turning area 111, a first cell placing area 112, an air bag area 117, a second cell 3 placing area 113 and a second turning area 114 are sequentially arranged on the aluminum-plastic film 1 along the direction from a first end 115 to a second end 116; the first cell 2 is placed in the first cell placement area 112, and the second cell 3 is placed in the second cell placement area 113.

Folding the first folding region 111 over the first cell 2, and the first end 115 covers the gas pocket region 117; the second folding region 114 is folded to cover the second battery cell 3, and the second end 116 covers the air pocket region 117.

In an embodiment, in step S0, the aluminum-plastic film 1 includes a main body region 11 and a protrusion 12, the main body region 11 is a rectangular sheet-shaped structure, the first folded-over region 111, the first cell placing region 112, the air pocket region 117, the second cell placing region 113, and the second folded-over region 114 are formed on the main body region 11, and the protrusion 12 is disposed at a side of the air pocket region 117.

In one embodiment, in step S1, when the top seal and the bottom seal are performed on the aluminum plastic film 1, the liquid inlet 121 is formed by avoiding the protruding part 12. The liquid injection port 121 can simultaneously inject liquid for two cells together, and the first cell 2 and the second cell 3 share one air bag, so that the area of one air bag can be reduced.

In an embodiment, the step S1 further includes:

performing side sealing on a first folded edge formed by folding the first end part 115; and performing side sealing on the second folded edge formed after the second end part 116 is folded. The first folded edge is formed by folding the first folding region 111 toward the first cell 2, and the second folded edge is formed by folding the second folding region 114 toward the second cell 3.

In one embodiment, the "closing the gas pocket area 117" includes the following operations: and performing hot-pressing edge sealing on one side of the air bag area 117, which is close to the first battery cell placing area 112.
