It should be noted that, in the exhaust emission process in the automobile exhaust manifold 1 and the exhaust treatment exhaust pipe 2, the exhaust impacts the first impeller 603 to drive the mounting shaft 602 and the horizontal bevel gear 604 to rotate, the horizontal bevel gear 604 and the vertical bevel gear 606 are in cooperative transmission to drive the transmission shaft 605 to rotate, so as to drive the second impeller 608 in the mounting disc 607 to rotate, the centrifugal force generated in the mounting disc 607 is sucked in the air inlet pipe 609, the external air is input into the heat absorption spiral pipe 611 through the air pipe 610, the heat absorption spiral pipe 611 is sleeved on the outer wall of the automobile exhaust manifold 1, the waste heat in the exhaust process is radiated into the heat absorption spiral pipe 611 to heat the conveyed air, the formed hot air is conveyed into the annular pipe 613 through the air injection pipe 615, the annular pipe 613 is arranged in the annular edge 612 of the outer wall of the rearview mirror 5, the hot air is sprayed out from the spray head 614 on the annular pipe 613, cleaning rainwater impurities on the mirror surface of the rearview mirror 5; this waste heat utilization rainwater clearance structure has solved the tradition and has directly cleared up the rainwater on the rear-view mirror through tail gas, causes the problem of the fumigation injury of mirror surface easily.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 7, the waste heat utilization winged insect removing assembly 7 includes a mounting groove 701, the mounting groove 701 is provided inside the mounting handle 51, ultraviolet lamps 702 are installed on the inner walls of the four corners of the bottom of the mounting groove 701, an induced draft fan 703 is installed at the center of the inner wall of the bottom of the mounting groove 701, a pulse power grid 704 is laid and fixed on the outer wall of the mounting handle 51 located on the mounting groove 701, a generator 705 is fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the mounting plate 607, and a power line 706 is connected between the generator 705 and the rearview mirror 5.

It should be noted that, the generator 705 is driven to rotate during the rotation of the transmission shaft 605, the generator 705 generates electricity to supply power to the ultraviolet lamp 702, the induced draft fan 703 and the pulse power grid 704 through the power line 706, so that the ultraviolet lamp 702 works to emit purple light, which has attraction to flying insects, so that the original driving light of the automobile is close to the headlight of the automobile, the flying insects of the reflective rearview mirror 5 are close to the area of the ultraviolet lamp 702, thereby effectively avoiding the flying insects on the headlight of the automobile and the flying insects on the rearview mirror 5, the induced draft fan 703 works to generate attraction to attract the flying insects close to the area of the ultraviolet lamp 702 to the pulse power grid 704, the pulse power grid 704 is electrified to kill the flying insects, and the flying insects on the pulse power grid 704 are removed in the later period, thereby enriching the function of utilizing the waste heat of the tail gas and solving the problem that the traditional rearview mirror is easy to be infected with flying insects.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, bearings are mounted at the rotational connection of the mounting shaft 602 and the drive shaft 605 to the mounting nipple 3.

It should be noted that the bearings are arranged to make the mounting shaft 602 and the transmission shaft 605 rotate more smoothly.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the taper seal ring 401 is made of graphene, and one end of the short diameter of the taper seal ring 401 penetrates the outside of the pressure holding hole 404.

It should be noted that, the graphene material has high temperature resistance, so that the conical sealing ring 401 can be used on a high-temperature exhaust pipe, and the sealing connection of the exhaust pipe is ensured by the press fit of the press hole 404 and the conical sealing ring 401.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, an inlet pipe 609 has one end through which a filter 8 is mounted.

The filter 8 filters the intake air to avoid damage to the rearview mirror 5 due to the intake of foreign substances.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the transverse bevel gear 604 and the longitudinal bevel gear 606 are mating members, and the transverse bevel gear 604 and the longitudinal bevel gear 606 are in meshing engagement.

It should be noted that, the kinetic energy conversion of the exhaust gas is realized through the transmission cooperation of the transverse bevel gear 604 and the longitudinal bevel gear 606.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7, an electrical output terminal of the generator 705 is connected to a power line 706, and the other end of the power line 706 is electrically connected to the ultraviolet lamp 702, the induced draft fan 703 and the pulse power grid 704.

It should be noted that, the waste heat of the exhaust gas is recycled to generate electricity.

The working principle is as follows: when the device for cleaning rainwater of the rearview mirror by using the waste heat of the automobile exhaust is assembled and installed on an exhaust pipe, the end covers 403 on two sides and the conical sealing rings 401 are sleeved on the automobile exhaust manifold 1 and the exhaust treatment discharge pipe 2, the installation connecting pipe 3 is arranged between the automobile exhaust manifold 1 and the exhaust treatment discharge pipe 2, the conical sealing rings 401 on two sides are inserted into two ends of the installation connecting pipe 3, the end covers 403 are connected at the end part of the installation connecting pipe 3 through the external threads 406 and the internal threads 405, the conical sealing rings 401 are pressed through the pressing holes 404 in the end covers 403 by continuously screwing the end covers 403, the automobile exhaust manifold 1 and the exhaust treatment discharge pipe 2 are hermetically connected with the installation connecting pipe 3, and the assembly of the device is completed; the exhaust emission is carried out at the automobile exhaust manifold 1 and the exhaust treatment exhaust pipe 2, the exhaust impacts the first impeller 603 to drive the mounting shaft 602 and the transverse bevel gear 604 to rotate, the transverse bevel gear 604 and the longitudinal bevel gear 606 are in matched transmission to drive the transmission shaft 605 to rotate, so as to drive the second impeller 608 in the mounting disc 607 to rotate, the centrifugal force generated in the mounting disc 607 sucks air at the air inlet pipe 609 and the filter 8, the external air is input into the heat absorption spiral pipe 611 through the air pipe 610, the heat absorption spiral pipe 611 is sleeved on the outer wall of the automobile exhaust manifold 1, the waste heat can be radiated into the heat absorption spiral pipe 611 to heat the conveyed air in the exhaust process, the formed hot air is conveyed into the annular pipe 613 through the air injection pipe 615, the annular pipe 613 is arranged in the annular edge 612 of the outer wall of the rearview mirror 5, and the hot air is sprayed out at the spray head 614 on the annular pipe 613, cleaning rainwater impurities on the mirror surface of the rearview mirror 5; the waste heat utilization rainwater cleaning structure solves the problem that the rainwater on the rearview mirror is easily fumigated by directly cleaning the rearview mirror through tail gas in the prior art; the generator 705 is driven to rotate in the rotation process of the transmission shaft 605, electricity generated by the generator 705 is supplied to the ultraviolet lamp 702, the induced draft fan 703 and the pulse power grid 704 through the power line 706, the ultraviolet lamp 702 is enabled to work to emit purple light, the purple light has attraction to flying insects, the automobile is enabled to originally drive light to be close to automobile headlights, the flying insects of the reflective rearview mirror 5 are enabled to be close to the area of the ultraviolet lamp 702, therefore, the pollution of the flying insects on the automobile headlights and the rearview mirror 5 can be effectively avoided, the flying insects on the area of the ultraviolet lamp 702 are attracted to the pulse power grid 704 through the suction force generated in the work of the induced draft fan 703, the pulse power grid 704 is electrified to kill the flying insects, the flying insects on the pulse power grid 704 can be cleared in the later period, the function of utilizing waste heat of tail gas is enriched, and the problem that the flying insects are easily infected on the traditional rearview mirror is solved.

While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles and essential features of the invention and its advantages, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing exemplary embodiments, but is capable of other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
