The invention aims to provide a coating fixture frame for a rod-shaped substrate, which not only can firmly fix the rod-shaped substrate and effectively protect the optical surface of the substrate, but also can achieve the aim of directly overturning the substrate, and effectively ensures the coating quality and the working efficiency of a product.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, one embodiment of a coating fixture holder for a bar-shaped substrate according to the present invention comprises a fixture base and a turning strip 3, wherein opposite sides of a clamping portion of the fixture base are provided with a circular caulking groove 2-2 and a square caulking groove 2-1 which are communicated with each other; the two opposite sides of the substrate 4 to be coated are both fixed with the turnover clamping strips 3, and the turnover clamping strips 3 are fixedly provided with protruding blocks 7 matched with the square caulking grooves 2-1, so that the turnover clamping strips 3 are movably connected with the clamp base; wherein the length of the protruding block 7 is smaller than the diameter of the circular caulking groove 2-2.

According to a preferred embodiment, the fixture base comprises a fixture disc 1 and a fixing column 2, the fixture disc 1 is detachably connected with the fixing column 2, and the preferred structure and connection mode are that the cross section of the fixing column 2 is L-shaped, and a sunk groove 5 and a screw hole 6 are respectively formed in the horizontal part of the fixing column 2 and the corresponding position of the fixture disc 1, so that the fixture disc 1 is detachably connected with the fixing column 2 through screws. (3) aligning the sink groove 5 and the screw hole 6;

(4) a countersunk head screw is placed in each countersunk groove 5;

(5) and screwing down the countersunk head screw, wherein the head of the countersunk head screw is arranged in the countersunk groove 5, and the thread part of the countersunk head screw is matched with the screw hole 6, so that the fixing column 2 and the fixture disc 1 are fastened through the countersunk head screw.

The protruding block 7 of the turnover clamping strip 3 is placed in the caulking groove of the fixed column 2 to be matched for use, after the first surface is coated with a film, the turnover clamping strip 3 is only required to be upwards lifted together with the coated substrate 4, when the protruding block 7 of the turnover clamping strip 3 enters the circular caulking groove 2-2 of the fixed column 2 from the direction caulking groove, the turnover clamping strip 3 rotates, when the rotation is carried out to 180 degrees, the coated substrate 4 is turned over, the turnover clamping strip 3 and the coated substrate 4 descend, the protruding block 7 of the turnover clamping strip 3 descends to the bottom of the square caulking groove 2-1 of the fixed column 2, the lower end face of the coated substrate 4 is just level with the lower surface of the fixture disc 1, and the turnover is completed at the moment.

The rodlike substrate 4 to be coated is clamped by the overturning clamping strip 3 and the fixing column 2, so that the movement is avoided. The overturning clamping strip 3 is matched with the fixing column 2, so that the substrate 4 to be coated is overturned. The thread of the countersunk head screw is matched with the screw hole 6 on the fixture disc 1, and the head of the countersunk head screw is completely arranged in the sunk groove 5.

The coating fixture does not need to be disassembled when the rodlike long substrate is coated, and only the coating fixture needs to be integrally turned, so that the problems of substrate scratching and film layer damage caused by substrate taking are avoided, and the labor productivity is greatly improved.

According to a preferred embodiment, the fixture plate 1 is provided with a substrate hole 8 matched with the end of the substrate 4 to be coated, so that the end of the substrate 4 to be coated is embedded in the substrate hole 8, and the rod-shaped substrate is clamped by the fixed column 2 and the overturning clamping strip 3, thereby preventing the rod-shaped long substrate from moving. The substrate 4 to be coated has a rod-like shape, the end of the substrate can be any shape such as circular, square or triangular, and the shape of the substrate hole 8 is matched with the shape of the end of the substrate 4 to be coated.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the substrate hole 8 is a square hole.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the substrate 4 to be coated is in the shape of a cylindrical rod and the substrate holes 8 are arranged as circular holes. The turning clamping strip 3 is provided with a groove on the inner side wall contacting with the substrate 4 to be coated, and the radius of the groove is the same as that of the substrate 4 to be coated, so that the turning clamping strip 3 is fixedly connected with the substrate 4 to be coated.

To facilitate the turning over, according to a preferred embodiment, the front face of the protruding block 7 is racetrack shaped, as shown in fig. 7. Because the two ends of the runway-shaped protruding block 7 are arc surfaces which are matched with the groove wall arc surface of the circular caulking groove 2-2 on the fixed column 2, the overturning of the overturning clamping strip 3 is facilitated.

For the purpose of simple design, according to a preferred embodiment, the flip clip strip 3 is provided integrally with the protruding block 7.

For the purpose of cost reduction and simple design, according to a preferred embodiment, the fixing column 2 and the overturning clamping strip 3 are made of teflon, the clamping disc 1 is made of aluminum, stainless steel, copper and the like, and the clamping disc 1 can be circular, rectangular and the like according to the situation.
