1. A charging device, comprising:

a base;

the charging interface group comprises a fast charging interface and a slow charging interface which are arranged on the base;

the charging indicator lamp set comprises a quick charging indicator lamp and a slow charging indicator lamp, wherein the quick charging indicator lamp is arranged on the base and used for displaying whether a quick charging interface is in a charging state or not, and the slow charging indicator lamp is arranged on the base and used for displaying whether a slow charging interface is in the charging state or not.

2. The charging device of claim 1, wherein the quick-charge indicator light is a first ring-shaped member, and the quick-charge interface is located in an annular region formed by the first ring-shaped member.

3. The charging device according to claim 2, wherein a projection of the quick charging interface on the base is a circular projection, an inner diameter of the first annular member is larger than a diameter of the circular projection, and an annular first avoidance gap is formed between the circular projection and the first annular member.

4. The charging device according to claim 1, wherein the quick charging indicator light is a first arc-shaped member extending along the circumferential direction of the quick charging interface, and a first avoidance gap is formed between two end parts of the first arc-shaped member.

5. The charging device according to claim 4, wherein a projection of the quick charging interface on the base is a circular projection, an inner diameter of the first circular arc-shaped member is larger than a diameter of the circular projection, and a circular arc-shaped first avoidance gap is formed between the first circular arc-shaped member and the circular projection.

6. The charging device of claim 1, wherein the slow fill indicator light is a second ring member, and the slow fill interface is located within an annular region formed by the second ring member.

The charging device of claim 6, wherein a projection of the slow charging interface on the base is a circular projection, an inner diameter of the second annular member is larger than a diameter of the circular projection, and a second annular avoidance gap is formed between the circular projection and the second annular member.

8. The charging device of claim 1, wherein the slow charging indicator light is a second arc-shaped member extending circumferentially along the slow charging interface, and a second avoidance gap is formed between two ends of the second arc-shaped member.

The charging device according to claim 8, wherein a projection of the slow charging interface on the base is a circular projection, an inner diameter of the second circular arc member is larger than a diameter of the circular projection, and a circular arc-shaped second avoidance gap is formed between the second circular arc member and the circular projection.

10. The charging device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a fast charging interface end cap and a slow charging interface end cap, wherein the fast charging interface end cap is detachably matched with the fast charging interface, and the slow charging interface end cap is detachably matched with the slow charging interface;

the quick-charging indicator lamp is positioned outside the projection of the quick-charging interface end cover on the base;

the slow charging indicator light is positioned outside the projection of the slow charging interface end cover on the base.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of vehicle manufacturing, in particular to a charging device.

Background

Nowadays, electric vehicles have become an important development direction in the automobile industry due to the rising of oil prices and the less and less resources. The charging device with the charging interface is arranged on the electric locomotive to charge the vehicle-mounted battery, the charging interface of the charging device on the electric automobile is generally divided into a quick charging interface and a slow charging interface, and the charging interface is provided with a charging indicator light to display whether the charging device is in a charging state or not. However, only one charging indicator lamp is provided, and the charging indicator lamp is used for displaying no matter which one of the quick charging interface and the slow charging interface the charging device charges. This makes it only through observing the pilot lamp that charges, can't know charging device and be charging through which interface, brings inconvenience for the user.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a charging device to solve only through observing the charge indicator, can't learn charging device and just charge through which interface, the problem of bringing inconvenience for the user.

The application provides a charging device, includes:

a base;

the charging interface group comprises a fast charging interface and a slow charging interface which are arranged on the base;

the charging indicator lamp set comprises a quick charging indicator lamp and a slow charging indicator lamp, wherein the quick charging indicator lamp is arranged on the base and used for displaying whether a quick charging interface is in a charging state or not, and the slow charging indicator lamp is arranged on the base and used for displaying whether a slow charging interface is in the charging state or not.

Optionally, the quick-charging indicator light is a first annular member, and the quick-charging interface is located in an annular region formed by the first annular member.

Optionally, a projection of the quick charging interface on the base is a circular projection, an inner diameter of the first annular member is larger than a diameter of the circular projection, and an annular first avoidance gap is formed between the circular projection and the first annular member.

Optionally, the quick-charging indicator light is a first arc-shaped piece extending along the circumferential direction of the quick-charging interface, and a first avoidance notch is formed between two end portions of the first arc-shaped piece.

Optionally, the projection of the quick charging interface on the base is a circular projection, the inner diameter of the first circular arc-shaped piece is larger than the diameter of the circular projection, and a circular arc-shaped first avoiding gap is formed between the first circular arc-shaped piece and the circular projection.

Optionally, the slow charging indicator light is a second ring member, and the slow charging interface is located in an annular area formed by the second ring member.

Optionally, the system further comprises a quick charging interface end cover and a slow charging interface end cover, wherein the quick charging interface end cover is detachably matched with the quick charging interface, and the slow charging interface end cover is detachably matched with the slow charging interface;

the quick-charging indicator lamp is positioned outside the projection of the quick-charging interface end cover on the base;

the slow charging indicator light is positioned outside the projection of the slow charging interface end cover on the base.

The technical scheme provided by the application can achieve the following beneficial effects:

the application provides a charging device, through setting up the pilot lamp that fills soon and fill the pilot lamp slowly and show respectively that fill the interface soon and fill the interface slowly and whether be in the charged state, make the user just can judge charging device just through the pilot lamp that charges and be in the charged state just through which interface charges, bring the facility for the user.

Detailed Description

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a charging device, including: a base 4; the charging interface group comprises a fast charging interface 2 and a slow charging interface 5 which are arranged on the base 4; the charging indicating lamp group comprises a quick charging indicating lamp 3 which is arranged on a base 4 and used for displaying whether a quick charging interface 2 is in a charging state or not, and a slow charging indicating lamp 6 which is arranged on the base 4 and used for displaying whether a slow charging interface 5 is in the charging state or not.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the surface of the base 4 may be covered with a shielding layer 1 made of soft rubber to shield the mounting bolt 7 for fixing the base 4 to the vehicle body, and simultaneously, the gap between the base 4 and the vehicle body is sealed, so that the appearance is attractive and the requirement for sealing performance is met, and the positions of the charging interface group and the charging indicator light group are avoided when the shielding layer 1 is covered on the base 4.

When the charging device is charged quickly by using the charging pile, the plug of the charging pile is inserted into the quick charging interface 2, the quick charging indicator lamp 3 is turned on, and the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is in a turned-off state; when the charging device is charged slowly, the plug is plugged into the slow charging interface 5, the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is turned on at the moment, and the fast charging indicator lamp 3 is in a turned-off state.

According to the charging device provided by the embodiment, the quick charging indicator lamp 3 and the slow charging indicator lamp 6 are arranged to respectively display whether the quick charging interface 2 and the slow charging interface 5 are in the charging state, so that a user can judge whether the charging device is in the charging state and is charged through which charging interface only through the charging indicator lamp, and convenience is brought to the user; moreover, because the interface group that charges and the pilot lamp group that charges all integrate on base 4, make charging device have modularization, integrated advantage, have simultaneously with advantage such as with low costs, occupation space is littleer, lightweight, installation facility concurrently.

The structural forms of the fast charge indicator light 3 and the slow charge indicator light 6 can adopt various designs according to specific needs, for example, the structural forms can only adopt the shape of a round point, or the shape of a square block, and the like, and the following preferable schemes are provided for the structural forms of the fast charge indicator light 3 and the slow charge indicator light 6 in the embodiment.

After the plug is plugged into the quick charging interface 2, the projection of the edge of the plug on the base 4 is usually located outside the quick charging interface 2, if the quick charging indicator lamp 3 is located in the projection of the edge on the base 4, a part of the quick charging indicator lamp 3 is always shielded by the plug, and to avoid this problem, preferably, the projection of the quick charging interface 2 on the base 4 is a circular projection, the inner diameter of the first annular member is larger than the diameter of the circular projection, and an annular first avoidance gap 41 is formed between the circular projection and the first annular member. When the first avoiding gap 41 is arranged, the projection of the edge of the plug on the base 4 is positioned in the first avoiding gap 41, the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 can be separated from the projection of the edge, and the problem that part of the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 is always shielded by the plug pair is avoided.

The plug is usually provided with a holding part which forms a bending angle with the plug, so that a user can apply acting force when inserting and pulling the plug conveniently, the bending angle is formed between the holding part and the plug, if the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 is annular, the projection of the holding part on the base 4 can cover a part of the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 inevitably, the user can hardly see the part of the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 at most angles, the arrangement of the part of the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 causes waste, and in order to avoid the problem, another preferable structural form of the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 is that the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 is a first circular arc-shaped piece extending along the circumferential direction of the quick-charging interface 2, and a first avoiding notch 43 is formed between two end parts of the first circular arc-shaped piece. When the plug is plugged with the quick charging interface 2, the projection of the holding part on the base 4 is positioned in the first avoidance notch 43, so that the waste caused by the fact that the quick charging indicator lamp 3 is provided with a part which is always shielded by the holding part is avoided.

In order to further avoid the blocking of the plug to the quick-charging indicator lamp 3, preferably, the projection of the quick-charging interface 2 on the base 4 is a circular projection, the inner diameter of the first circular arc-shaped piece is greater than the diameter of the circular projection, and a circular arc-shaped first avoiding gap 41 is formed between the first circular arc-shaped piece and the circular projection. When the first avoiding gap 41 is arranged, the projection of the edge of the plug is positioned in the first avoiding gap 41, the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 is separated from the projection of the edge, and the blocking of the plug on the quick-charging indicator lamp 3 is avoided.

When the plug is plugged into the slow charging interface 5, in order to enable a user to always observe the state displayed by the slow charging indicator lamp 6 at multiple angles, the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is preferably in a structure form that the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is a second annular member, and the slow charging interface 5 is positioned in an annular area formed by the second annular member. When the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is observed from a certain angle, although part of the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is still shielded by the plug, the other part of the slow charging indicator lamp 6 can be always observed by a user, so that the user can always know whether the slow charging interface 5 is in a charging state or not from the angle.

When the plug is plugged with the slow charging interface 5, if the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is located in the projection of the edge of the plug on the base 4, the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is always partially covered by the plug, and to avoid this problem, preferably, the projection of the slow charging interface 5 on the base 4 is a circular projection, the inner diameter of the second annular member is larger than the diameter of the circular projection, and an annular second avoidance gap 42 is formed between the circular projection and the second annular member. When the projection of the edge of the plug on the base 4 is located in the second avoidance gap 42, the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is always located outside the projection of the edge of the plug on the base 4, so that the problem that the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is always partially covered by the plug is avoided.

In order to avoid the problem that a part of the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is always shielded by the holding part and the waste caused by the problem, another preferred structure form of the slow charging indicator lamp 6 in the embodiment is that the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is a second circular arc-shaped part extending along the circumferential direction of the slow charging connector 5, and a second avoiding gap 44 is formed between two end parts of the second circular arc-shaped part. Through the design of the second avoidance notch 44, when the plug is plugged with the slow charging interface 5, the projection of the holding part on the base 4 is always positioned in the second avoidance notch 44, and further the problem that the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is always shielded by the holding part and waste caused by the problem are avoided.

In order to further avoid the blockage of the plug to the slow charging indicator lamp 6, preferably, the projection of the slow charging interface 5 on the base 4 is a circular projection, the inner diameter of the second circular arc-shaped part is larger than the diameter of the circular projection, and a circular arc-shaped second avoiding gap 42 is formed between the second circular arc-shaped part and the circular projection. When the second avoiding gap 42 is arranged, the projection of the edge of the plug on the base 4 is positioned in the second avoiding gap 42, the slow charging indicator lamp 6 is separated from the projection of the edge, and the blocking of the slow charging indicator lamp 6 by the plug is avoided.

In addition, besides the above structural forms, the fast charging indicator light 3 and the slow charging indicator light 6 can be designed into a square frame structure or other polygonal frame structures according to the structural forms of the fast charging interface 2 and the slow charging interface 5.

In order to waterproof and dustproof the fast charging interface 2 and the slow charging interface 5, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the charging device further includes a fast charging interface end cover 8 and a slow charging interface end cover 10, the fast charging interface end cover 8 is detachably matched with the fast charging interface 2, and the slow charging interface end cover 10 is detachably matched with the slow charging interface 5; the matching of the quick charging interface end cover 8 and the quick charging interface 2, and the matching of the slow charging interface end cover 10 and the slow charging interface 5 can be in threaded fit or clamping fit, and preferably in threaded fit. The quick charging port end cover 8 and the slow charging port end cover 10 can be respectively installed on the base 4 through the strip-shaped connecting piece 9 made of flexible materials, so that the loss situation is avoided.

In some cases, when the vehicle-mounted battery is in a low-power state, the indication lamp is required to give a prompt by displaying a certain color, so that the fast charge indicator lamp 3 and the slow charge indicator lamp 6 are required to be prevented from being shielded by the fast charge interface end cover 8 and the slow charge interface end cover 10, and therefore, the fast charge indicator lamp 3 is preferably positioned outside the projection of the fast charge interface end cover 8 on the base 4; the slow charging indicator light 6 is positioned outside the projection of the slow charging interface end cap 10 on the base 4.
