Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of radar seeker, in particular to a group array type corner reflector.

Background

The corner reflector is a rigid structure composed of three mutually perpendicular metal surfaces, and due to its special geometry, it can generate multiple internal reflections inside the incident electromagnetic wave, and finally reflect the radar beam back along the incident direction (as shown in fig. 1). The triangular reflector has a stable geometric structure, the flat plates are orthogonal to each other, and strong echo scattering can be generated in a wide angle range, namely, the triangular reflector has a large RCS (Radar Cross Section), so that the triangular reflector is most widely applied in practice.

The common three-surface corner reflectors are three in number and respectively consist of three isosceles right triangles, three sectors with central angles of 90 degrees and three squares. The maximum RCS and the average RCS of the triangular corner reflector are smaller than those of the other two triangular corner reflectors, but the directional diagram is 30 degrees in broadband, namely when the incidence angle changes, the reduction rate of the RCS of the triangular corner reflector is the smallest, and larger echo power can be obtained in a larger incidence angle range. In consideration of the fact that the incident direction of the electromagnetic wave inevitably deviates to a certain extent in the actual use process, a triangular three-sided corner reflector is often selected in practical engineering application.

Because the directional diagram broadband of the single corner reflector is only 30 degrees, the traditional four-quadrant corner reflector and the eight-quadrant corner reflector have a 60-degree angle blind area between two adjacent quadrants.

The common large array type corner-reverse structural part is large, difficult to transport, complex to install, long in erection period and not beneficial to wide-range use in an outfield.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem solved by the invention is as follows: the problems that a large array type corner reflecting structure in the prior art is large, difficult to transport, complex to install, long in erection period and not beneficial to wide-range use of an external field are solved, and an array type corner reflector is provided.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a group-matrix corner reflector comprising: a bracket assembly, a connecting rod, and 6 corner reflector units, wherein,

each corner reflector unit is fixed on the bracket component through one connecting rod, and 6 corner reflector units are divided into two layers on the bracket component and arranged in a fan shape.

Preferably, the corner reflector unit is formed by welding three aluminum plates, and the longest edge of the corner reflector unit is bent.

Preferably, the mounting surface of the corner reflector unit is riveted with mounting lugs, and the number of the mounting lugs is 3.

Preferably, the bracket component is assembled by using a specified number of rod pieces, threaded holes are formed in two ends of each rod piece, and every two adjacent rod pieces penetrate through the threaded holes through studs to be connected.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

(1) the problem that the directional diagram broadband of a single corner reflector is discontinuous can be effectively solved, the flying-in angle of the seeker in a large range can be covered, and the radar seeker can search a target more easily.

(2) The problem that installation and transportation of large-scale array type corner reflectors are complicated can be solved, the corner reflectors can be quickly erected and dismantled and are repeatedly used, and the corner reflectors have good economical and practical properties.

(3) The array mode provided by the embodiment of the invention can avoid mutual interference between the corner reflectors and ensure the compactness of the whole structure size.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, schematic structural diagrams of a group array type corner reflector provided by an embodiment of the present invention are shown.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the group-matrix corner reflector may include: bracket assembly 100, connecting rod 200, and 6 corner reflector units 300, wherein,

each corner reflector unit 300 may be fixed to the bracket assembly 100 by a connecting rod 200, and 6 corner reflector units 300 are divided into two layers on the bracket assembly 100 and arranged in a fan shape.

The 6 corner reflector units 300 can be divided into two layers, each layer is respectively distributed in a fan shape, and the arrays are arranged in space according to the optimal mode of simulation analysis to simulate the test equipment of a typical target.

Each corner reflector unit 300 is formed by welding three aluminum plates, the longest edge of each corner reflector unit 300 is in a bent state, the longest edge of each aluminum plate is set to be in a bent state, the rigidity of the corner reflector unit 300 can be enhanced, three mounting support lugs can be riveted on the mounting surface of each corner reflector unit 300, and the corner reflector unit is simple in structural form and convenient to machine.

Referring to fig. 4, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a bracket assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the bracket assembly may be assembled by using a specified number of rod pieces, as shown in fig. 4, the bracket assembly is assembled by using rod pieces 1 to 17, both ends of each rod piece are provided with a threaded hole, two adjacent rod pieces are connected by a stud passing through the threaded hole, and each connection joint only needs one stud for locking, so as to achieve the purpose of quick assembly and disassembly.

Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a connecting rod according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and as shown in fig. 5, the connecting rod functions as a connecting corner reflector unit and a bracket assembly and is divided into four types, i.e., a lower-layer two-side corner reflector connecting rod 1, a lower-layer middle corner reflector connecting rod 2, an upper-layer two-side corner reflector connecting rod 3, and an upper-layer middle corner reflector connecting rod 4.

The lower-layer two-side corner reflector connecting rod 1 is sleeved on the first lower-layer rod piece, and a first connecting hole is formed in one end, far away from the first lower-layer rod piece, of the lower-layer two-side corner reflector connecting rod 1;

the lower-layer middle corner reflector connecting rod 2 is sleeved on the second lower-layer rod piece, and one end, far away from the second lower-layer rod piece, of the lower-layer middle corner reflector connecting rod 2 is of a bent structure;

the corner reflector connecting rods 3 on the two sides of the upper layer are sleeved on the first upper layer rod piece, and a second connecting hole is formed in one end, far away from the first upper layer rod piece, of the corner reflector connecting rods 3 on the two sides of the upper layer;

the upper-layer middle corner reflector connecting rod 4 is sleeved on the second upper-layer rod piece, and a third connecting hole is formed in one end, far away from the second upper-layer rod piece, of the upper-layer middle corner reflector connecting rod 4.

Through the first connecting hole, the second connecting hole, the bending structure and the third connecting hole which are arranged, the three mounting lugs which are riveted on the mounting surfaces of the connecting rod and the corner reflector unit can be realized, and the corner reflector unit and the bracket component are connected.

The design mode can realize the purpose of quick assembly and disassembly.

In the embodiment of the invention, the central pointing angle of the corner reflector units on the two sides of the lower layer is 15 degrees, and the included angle between the mouth surfaces of the corner reflector units on the two sides of the lower layer and the horizontal plane is 80 degrees.

The center pointing angle of the corner reflector unit in the middle of the lower layer is 0 degree, and the included angle between the mouth surface of the corner reflector unit in the middle of the lower layer and the horizontal plane is 60 degrees.

The center pointing angle of the corner reflector units on the two sides of the upper layer is 15 degrees, and the included angle between the mouth surfaces of the corner reflector units on the two sides of the upper layer and the horizontal plane is 55 degrees.

The center pointing angle of the corner reflector unit in the middle of the upper layer is 0 degree, and the included angle between the mouth surface of the corner reflector unit in the middle of the upper layer and the horizontal plane is 15 degrees.

The group array type corner reflector shown in fig. 6 can be obtained by installing the corner reflector units, the connecting rods and the bracket component according to the design angle and 6.

In the above design, the bracket assembly and the connecting rod can ensure that the relative positions of the corner reflector units are unchanged in space.

The array type corner reflector provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to radar seeker projects, and test results prove that the array type corner reflector can well simulate a typical target and effectively solve the problem of discontinuous directional diagram broadband of a single-quadrant corner reflector through a plurality of outfield hanging flight tests and live ammunition target hitting tests. The method can cover a large-range flying-in angle of the seeker, so that the radar seeker can find a target more easily. The invention also solves the problem that the installation and transportation of the large array type corner reflector are complicated. Can be quickly erected and dismantled, can be repeatedly used and has better economical and practical properties.
