Crushing wheat, low GI rice, purple sweet potatoes, tartary buckwheat, konjak, kudzu root, sea buckthorn, cordyceps militaris, sorghum rice, water caltrop and Chinese torreya to 300 meshes, and mixing to obtain mixed powder;

adding yeast and ingredients into the mixed powder, wherein the weight ratio of the yeast and the ingredients to the mixed powder is 7: 10, stirring the mixture into a mass, and fermenting the mass for 100min under the conditions that the temperature is 30 ℃ and the humidity is 78%;

Experimental example 1

Taking a healthy mouse with the weight of 180 plus or minus 20g, adaptively feeding the mouse for 1 week at the room temperature of 25 plus or minus 1 ℃ and the relative humidity of 50-60%, injecting 200mg/kg. bw alloxan into the abdominal cavity according to the injection amount of 0.1ml/10g, fasting without water prohibition for 12 hours before injection, taking blood from the tail end of the mouse to measure the fasting blood glucose, and obtaining the result of 11-25mmol/L which is an experimental diabetes mouse model. 30 experimental diabetic mice were randomly assigned to 3 groups, and groups 1-3 were fed daily with the low-GI, low-GL, and selenium-enriched diabetic diet prepared in examples 1-3 for 2 weeks, with the mice of groups 1-3 all in the same feeding environment. Before and after the experiment, 200mg/kg. bw tetraoxypyrimidine is injected intraperitoneally according to the injection amount of 0.1ml/10g, before the injection, the water is not forbidden for 12 hours, and blood is taken from the tail end of the mouse to measure the fasting blood glucose.

From the results in table 1, it can be seen that fasting glucose was most reduced in group 2, indicating that the low GI, low GL, selenium-enriched diabetes diet prepared in example 2 gave the best control of diabetes.

Experimental example 2

The low-GI, low-GL and selenium-rich diabetes meal bags prepared in examples 1-3 were respectively used for taste testing, specifically, 10 taste evaluators were asked for taste, taste and fullness evaluation, and the 10 taste evaluators were subjected to normal five sense organs without allergy history. 8-10 is excellent; 4-7 are divided into general categories; a score of 0 to 3 was very poor. The results are shown in Table 2.

Under the synergistic effect of the medicines, the health-care food can effectively condition the interior, and can condition the body of a diabetic from the interior, and simultaneously can reduce the sugar intake of a human body and control the blood sugar condition of the diabetic. The method can simply, conveniently and quickly prepare the low-GI, low-GL and selenium-rich diabetes meal package, and the preparation method can be used for producing the low-GI, low-GL and selenium-rich diabetes meal package in batch, so that the yield and the quality can be ensured.
