A national standard electric vehicle needs to be adaptable to foreign charging scenarios in order to be able to enter the foreign market. Because the charging protocol of the national standard vehicle is based on 27930, and the 15118/70121 protocol is used abroad, the whole vehicle factory usually purchases a protocol conversion module for quickly transforming the 15118/70121 protocol of the European standard into the 27930 protocol of the national standard, so the whole vehicle factory can quickly change the national standard vehicle into the European standard vehicle by hanging one protocol conversion module, and the sale range of the electric vehicle is exaggerated.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a charging protocol conversion method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the charging protocol conversion method according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:

and S1, receiving the charging pile signal, and performing message interaction with the charging pile through a first charging protocol.

And S2, when receiving the authorization message of the charging pile, performing message interaction with the vehicle battery management system through a second charging protocol to perform charging handshake. In an embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the authorization message of the charging pile, the method further includes: and suspending the interaction with the charging pile until receiving a power battery charging parameter message of the vehicle.

And S3, delaying a first preset time when receiving the power battery charging parameter message sent by the vehicle battery management system after the successful charging handshake, and sending the power battery charging parameter of the vehicle to the charging pile through a first charging protocol so that the charging pile completes charging parameter configuration. The first preset time may be calibrated according to an actual situation, for example, the first preset time may be 45 s.

In some embodiments of the invention, the power battery charging parameters may include: the maximum allowable charging voltage, the maximum allowable charging current, the nominal total energy of the power storage battery, the maximum allowable charging total voltage, the charge state of the finished vehicle power storage battery and the current battery voltage of the finished vehicle power storage battery of the single power storage battery. Fill the configuration parameter of electric pile and include: a highest output voltage, a lowest output voltage, a maximum output current, and a minimum output current.

And S4, when the pre-charging completion message of the charging pile is received, performing message interaction with the vehicle battery management system through a second charging protocol so as to realize that the charging pile charges the vehicle.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a pre-charging completion message of a charging pile, performing message interaction with a vehicle battery management system through a second charging protocol to charge a vehicle by the charging pile, including: when a vehicle battery management system receives a maximum output capacity message of a charger, controlling a relay of a vehicle to be attracted; and when receiving a charging preparation message of the vehicle, directly entering an energy transmission stage, wherein the energy transmission stage is a stage of charging the vehicle by a charging pile.

In one embodiment of the invention, the first charging protocol is a european or international standard charging protocol and the second charging protocol is a chinese standard charging protocol.

Specifically, in order to solve the problems in the prior art, the differences between the 15118/70121 protocol and the 27930 protocol need to be found out, including the judgment of the suction time of the insulation detection, the pre-charging and charging pile relay and the vehicle end relay. Then, a breakthrough point is searched on the basis, so that the two can be matched, and the 27930 protocol change amount of a vehicle-end BMS (Battery Management System) System end is minimized.

In order to be able to charge a state mark vehicle on the euro mark post, the electrical characteristics must comply with the euro mark standard, which cannot be modified by protocol conversion. As shown in fig. 2, in the chinese standard charging protocol, the relay is first engaged at the vehicle end, while in the european or international standard charging protocol, the relay is first engaged at the charging post end. Therefore, in order to meet the charging protocol of the European or international standard, one objective of protocol conversion is to make the vehicle end pull in the relay after the charging pile completes insulation detection and pre-charging.

In other words, in order to implement the above operation, the protocol conversion module must make the charging post complete preparation before the BMS sends the BRO 0x00 message, because the vehicle starts to prepare the pull-in relay once the BMS sends the BRO 0x00 message, the charging post must make preparation before the BMS sends the BRO 0x00 message. And the condition that the car end sends out BRO of 0x00 is as follows: and receiving a message of CML (maximum output capability of a charger) sent by the protocol conversion module. That is, the protocol conversion module needs to make the charging pile complete the work of closing the relay, detecting the insulation and pre-charging before sending the CML message.

As can be seen from fig. 2, according to the 15118/70121 protocol (european or international standard charging protocol), messages from supported application protocol req to authorized res are prepared and authenticated messages, and BMS information interaction is not required, so that the interaction can be completely independent of the chinese standard charging protocol. However, the following charging parameter discovery req message requires the power storage battery charging parameters provided by 27930 protocol (china standard charging protocol). Only after the message is executed, the cablecard (insulation detection) and PreCharge (pre-charge) messages can be executed continuously, and the charging of the vehicle by the European standard charging pile can be realized.

The source of the parameters required by the chargeparameterdiscoverreq message is a BCP (power storage battery charging parameter) message of 27930 protocol (china standard charging protocol). Therefore, in terms of the above conclusion, after the BCP message is sent out from the vehicle end, the charging pile end can start to perform the operations of insulation detection, pre-charging, and the like.

In order to avoid modifying the protocol as much as possible, the insulation detection and the pre-charging work of the pile need to be started after the BCP message, and the insulation detection and the pre-charging work need to be completed before the protocol conversion module sends the CML message to the vehicle end, so that the gap between the BCP and the CML is a key point. However, according to the Chinese standard charging protocol, the timeout time from the BCP to the CML is only 5 seconds, in order to enable the European standard charging pile to complete two actions of insulation and pre-charging at this stage, the timeout time needs to be additionally increased, namely, the timeout time between the BCP and the CML is increased, the charging work of the European standard charging pile on the national standard vehicle can be completed, message interaction of the rest parts does not need to be modified, the vehicle end is matched with the European standard charging under extremely small modification, and the charging is simple, reliable and efficient to implement.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, when receiving a power battery charging parameter message sent by a vehicle battery management system after a successful charging handshake, delaying a first preset time includes: suspending message interaction with a vehicle battery management system until a charging pile completes charging parameter configuration, wherein the charging parameter configuration comprises the following steps: insulation detection and pre-charging.

Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the completing the charging parameter configuration by the charging pile includes: controlling the relay of the charging pile to close; and carrying out insulation detection and pre-charging work on the charging pile according to the charging parameters of the power battery of the vehicle.

As a specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the charging protocol conversion method is built in a protocol conversion module. Firstly, the charging protocol conversion module and the European pile charging pile start preamble message interaction, the preamble message comprises a message from supported application protocol req to Automation Res, the message is irrelevant to 27930 protocol and can operate independently, and at the moment, the protocol conversion module does not start interaction with a vehicle BMS system.

After the completion of the authorination res, the interaction between the protocol conversion module and the european stub is suspended and starts waiting for the completion of the execution of the "synchronization block (r)". The 'synchronization block' is the message interaction of 27930 protocol between the protocol conversion module and the vehicle BMS system, including the message from CHM to BCP. When the protocol conversion module receives the BCP message, the 'synchronization block (r)' is completed. In addition, the timeout time between the audioRes and the ChargeParameterDiscoveryReq in the 15118/70121 protocol is 60 seconds, which is enough to complete the operation in the "synchronization Block (r)".

After the protocol conversion module receives the BCP message, the parameters required for sending the ChargeParameterDiscoveryReq message are extracted from the BCP message. Then the protocol conversion module can perform the work in the ' synchronization block ', ' i.e. the message interaction from the chargeparameterdiscoverreq to the precharge. At this time, the interaction between the protocol conversion module and the BMS is suspended and waits for the completion of the sync block (c). And the waiting time is from 5 seconds specified by the chinese standard charging protocol, plus the custom 40 seconds (i.e. the first preset time may be 45 seconds) to let the euro standard charging post complete the insulation and pre-charging during this period.

After the protocol conversion module receives the precharge res message of the charging pile, the work in the synchronization block (II) is finished. At this time, the protocol conversion module can send a CML message to the BMS system at the vehicle end.

And after receiving the CML message, the BMS system at the vehicle end sends out BRO (BRO) ═ 0x00 and starts to pull in the relay. Because the voltage on the gun line is the pre-charging voltage, the vehicle end can not cause danger due to the pressure difference when attracting the relay, and the purpose of safely attracting the relay is achieved.

After receiving BRO ═ 0xAA sent by the vehicle-end BMS system, the protocol conversion module may send a powerdelaveryreq message, and then enter the energy transmission phase. On the side of the protocol conversion module and the vehicle-side BMS system, the protocol conversion module may immediately issue CRO 0x00 after issuing CRO 0x00, which is originally used for national pre-charging, but since pre-charging is actually completed before, the BMS is directly informed that the insulation detection and pre-charging are completed. The energy transfer phase of the protocol may then be entered 27930.

In one embodiment of the invention, when the charging-pile-terminating charging signal sent by the charging pile is received, the charging-pile-terminating charging signal is sent to the vehicle battery management system through the second charging protocol, so that the vehicle battery management system ends the charging state and enters the sleep mode. That is to say, after charging, national standard fills electric pile and car end BMS system and all can get into the final phase to the relay breaks off.

In summary, the invention first receives a charging pile signal, and performs message interaction with the charging pile through a first charging protocol; when receiving an authorization message of the charging pile, performing message interaction with a vehicle battery management system through a second charging protocol to perform charging handshake; when a power battery charging parameter message sent by a vehicle battery management system after successful charging handshake is received, delaying a first preset time, and sending the power battery charging parameter of the vehicle to a charging pile through a first charging protocol so that the charging pile completes charging parameter configuration; and when a pre-charging completion message of the charging pile is received, performing message interaction with a vehicle battery management system through a second charging protocol so as to realize that the charging pile charges the vehicle. Therefore, when the power battery charging parameter message is received, the delay time is increased, and the message interaction of the rest part is completely not required to be modified, so that the vehicle end is matched with European standard charging under the extremely small change, and the method is simple to realize, reliable and efficient.

Corresponding to the method, the invention also provides a charging protocol conversion device.

For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.

It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.

In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.

The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.
