according to the continuous winding vacuum coating production device of the tunnel type stainless steel decorative coiled plate shown in the figure 1, the uncoiling chamber 1 is provided with a baffle 2 and a reinforced vacuum extraction opening, so that the baffle 2 is prevented from being influenced by uncoiling and air discharging; a high-low vacuum system 5 is arranged in the uncoiling chamber 1, the coating chamber 3 and the coiling chamber 4 and is used for providing a vacuum environment required by a coating process for the uncoiling chamber 1, the coating chamber 3 and the coiling chamber 4; an automatic industrial personal computer control system 6 is arranged in the uncoiling chamber 1, the coating chamber 3 and the coiling chamber 4, a parameter control module, a moment control module, a speed control module and a position detection module are arranged in the automatic industrial personal computer control system 6, meanwhile, the automatic industrial personal computer control system 6 is provided with a display, the control of various process parameters of the coating process, such as current, voltage, vacuum degree, gas flow, a vacuum valve and the like, can be realized, meanwhile, the automatic industrial personal computer control system 6 can be used for controlling uncoiling and coiling coating moments, the tension of a belt is ensured, the belt is prevented from being loose or too tight, according to process requirements, the linear speed of the belt, the running state of a base material belt, the coating length of the base material belt and the coating position, and the like, different coating process programs can be compiled and adjusted, the coating quality is ensured, the running parameters and the state of the equipment are displayed in real time, the abnormal condition is alarmed, and the like, so that the aim of continuously coating the whole roll is fulfilled.

According to the continuous winding vacuum coating production device of the tunnel type stainless steel decorative coil shown in the figure 2, the front ends of the uncoiling chamber 1 and the coiling chamber 4 are provided with the coil loading and unloading auxiliary system 7, the coil loading and unloading auxiliary system 7 comprises the guide rail 71, the guide rail 71 extends into the uncoiling chamber 1 and the coiling chamber 4, the guide rail 71 is connected with the running vehicle 72 in a sliding mode, the uncoiling chamber 1 and the coiling chamber 4 are provided with the end enclosure doors 73 in a hinged mode, the running vehicle 72 moves on the guide rail 71 and enters the uncoiling chamber 1 and the coiling chamber 4, transportation is facilitated, the doors are opened and closed through the end enclosure doors 73 arranged on the uncoiling chamber 1 and the coiling chamber 4, and opening and closing of the doors are facilitated.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, the stainless steel coil plate is clamped on the uncoiling roller 12, the stainless steel coil plate is clamped by the uncoiling roller expansion clamp 14, one end of the stainless steel coil plate is connected with the transitional plating leading belt 46, the transitional plating leading belt 46 is fixedly arranged on the coiling roller 42 by the wedge clamping device 44, then the uncoiling machine 11 and the coiling machine 41 are started to drive the stainless steel coil plate to carry out uncoiling operation, so that the stainless steel coil plate substrate moves along the adjustable carrier roller 18, the carrier roller 38 and the brushless conductive carrier roller 47, the inner surface and the outer surface of the stainless steel coil plate substrate are upward and downward during uncoiling and moving, the coating surface is prevented from being scratched, when the stainless steel coil substrate enters the coating chamber 3, the vacuum magnetron sputtering 31 or 32 can be selected to carry out coating operation by setting programs, when the vacuum sputtering 31 is started, the magnetron sputtering 32 is shielded by the shielding device 35, the magnetron sputtering plating 32 is prevented from being polluted, the film coating is carried out in the moving process of the stainless steel coil substrate, then the substrate enters the winding chamber 4, the substrate after the film coating is wound through the rotation of the winding machine 41 and the winding roller 42, and the transition plating leading belt 46 is detached after the winding, so that the recycling is convenient; through the guide rail 71 that sets up in room 1 and the rolling room 4 of opening a book, place the stainless steel coil board on the operation car 72, conveniently carry the stainless steel coil board into and open a book in room 1 and transport from the rolling room 4, accomplish and transport into and transport out the operation after, close head door 73, conveniently open and close the door.
