Referring to fig. 1, the process of charging by using the charging implementation method based on the novel charging system includes the following steps:

1. before the charging pile is used, a user needs to register a real name and a license plate number at an operator, the operator provides a rechargeable card for charging to the user, and the user can register and recharge through an APP (application);

2. when the user charges, the user swipes a rechargeable card or charges through APP, after the system receives correct charging demand information, the identity information of the user is recorded, the control system controls locking and unlocking, and prompts the user to plug a charging gun into an electric automobile within a specified time, if the user does not perform gun pulling operation, the position feedback unit feeds back the charging gun to the system to be in a gun plugging state, after the specified time (for example, 60 s) is exceeded, the previous charging request of the user is cancelled, and the user needs to perform a charging process again.
