Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a charging pile, a vehicle charging method, a vehicle charging device, an electric vehicle and a charging system.
Background
With the attention of people to the energy-saving and environment-friendly problems and the vigorous promotion of national policies, the electric vehicle develops very rapidly. Since electric vehicles use electric energy in a power battery as a power source, charging is an inevitable key behavior. More and more electric vehicles are connected to the power grid on a large scale for charging, and the operation and planning of the whole power grid system are influenced. If a large number of electric automobiles are charged in a load peak period, the load peak-valley difference of a power grid is further increased, and the load of a power system is increased. In addition, since the price of electricity is higher during the peak load period (e.g., 8:00-11:00, 18:00-23:00) than during the low load period (e.g., 23:00-7:00), it is common for users to charge the electric vehicle during the peak load period, which increases the cost of electricity for using the electric vehicle.
Many high-end passenger cars (e.g., tesla, etc.) have been configured with a time-settable and self-timing controller to meet the function of reserving charging for users, but this method has high requirements for vehicle configuration, high cost, complex controller software, and long development and test period. And is not suitable for the fields of commercial electric vehicles, particularly logistics transportation vehicles, which require low vehicle cost.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a technical means for a commercial electric vehicle user to reserve charging in a load valley period, so as to charge the electric vehicle without increasing the vehicle configuration and cost.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a charging pile according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the charging pile includes: fill
The charging pile provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure has a function of presetting charging start time, and it should be noted that a user may insert a charging gun on the charging pile into an electric vehicle to be charged first, and then input the charging start time by setting a scheme of the charging start time. Or the charging time can be input by firstly setting the charging starting time, and then the charging gun on the charging pile is inserted into the electric vehicle to be charged. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the order of setting the charging start time and inserting the charging gun into the electric vehicle to be charged is not specifically defined, and it is only necessary to insert the charging gun into the electric vehicle to be charged before the user leaves the charging pile.
The charging start time may be a specific time, for example: 21: 00, etc., indicating that at time 21: at 00, the electric vehicle starts to be charged. It may also be a specific time, for example: 150 minutes, etc., indicating that charging of the electric vehicle is started after 150 minutes has elapsed from the start of setting the charge start time. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, whether the charging start time is the time point or the time period is not particularly limited.
The implementation mode of presetting charging starting time in a charging pile is as follows: when the user drives the electric vehicle to be charged to the charging pile, the charging start time is automatically input to the charging pile, wherein the charging start time represents the time for the charging pile to start charging the electric vehicle.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a vehicle charging method applied to a charging post according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes

It should be noted that the charge starting time may be a specific time, for example: 21: 00, etc., indicating that at time 21: and 00, starting to charge the vehicle. It may also be a specific time, for example: 150 minutes, etc., indicating that charging of the vehicle is started after 150 minutes has elapsed from the start of setting the charge start timing. It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, whether the charging start time is the time point or the time period is not particularly limited.
The implementation mode of presetting charging starting time in a charging pile is as follows: when the user drives the electric vehicle to be charged to the charging pile, the user inputs charging starting time on the charging pile by himself. The charging pile comprises a charging pile body, a charging pile body and a time input interface, wherein the charging pile body is provided with a charging starting time input interface, and the charging starting time is input actively by a user in the interface.
Another embodiment of presetting the charging start time in the charging pile is as follows: when a user drives an electric vehicle to be charged to a charging pile, the charging start time is not directly input on the charging pile by self, but is sent to the charging pile through a terminal communication technology.
In this way, a user terminal is first required to establish a communication connection with the charging pile, and specifically, the user terminal may first establish a communication connection with a communication unit on the charging pile. Then, the user can input the charging start time in the user terminal, and the charging start time is sent to the charging pile through the user terminal. It should be noted that, under the condition that the user inputs the charging start time by using the user terminal, the charging start time can be remotely input through the user terminal, so that the user does not need to stay in the charging pile for a long time, and only needs to leave the charging pile after inserting the charging gun on the charging pile into the electric vehicle to be charged, so that the mode of inputting the charging start time by the user is more flexible.
After a user inputs charging starting time through a time input interface on the charging pile body or the charging starting time is input by using a user terminal, the charging pile can receive the charging starting time input by the user.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure,
In
One possible implementation: the charging pile comprises a timer, when the charging starting time input by a user is a specific time, the timer can take the moment of setting the charging starting time as a starting point, subtraction is carried out on the time, and the moment of finishing timing is the moment of starting charging the electric vehicle by the charging pile. For example, assuming that the charging start time input by the user is 150 minutes, the timer subtracts the 150 minutes from the time when the charging start time is input by the user until the timing is ended, that is, it is determined that the current time reaches the charging start time input by the user.
Another possible implementation: fill electric pile and include the timer, when the start time that charges of user input is a specific time, the time of this start time that charges can be used to set up by the timer as the inception moment, begins the timing, when the time that records of timer reaches the start time that charges, fills the electric pile and begins to carry out the moment of charging to electric vehicle. For example, assuming that the charging start time input by the user is 150 minutes, the timer starts counting from the time when the charging start time is input by the user, and when the timer counts 150 minutes, that is, it is determined that the current time reaches the charging start time input by the user.
Yet another possible implementation: the charging pile simultaneously comprises a timer and a timer, wherein the timer can take the moment of setting the charging starting time as a starting point, subtract the time and time, and determine the ending moment, namely, the charging starting time input by a user is reached at the current moment. Meanwhile, the timer may start timing with the time at which the charging start time is set as an initial time, until the time recorded by the timer reaches the charging start time, that is, it is determined that the current time reaches the charging start time input by the user. Thus, when one of the timer and the timer fails, the other can also determine whether to charge the electric vehicle.
In addition, when the input charging start time is a specific time, the charging pile may calculate the time from the current time (the time when the user inputs the charging start time) to the time input by the user, so as to determine whether to charge the electric vehicle according to the scheme. And will not be described in detail herein.
In
In the embodiment of the disclosure, firstly, the charging pile sends a preset signal to the electric vehicle to be charged through a preset signal line, receives the charging start time input by a user, then, judges whether the current time reaches the charging start time in real time, and finally, when the charging start time is reached, the electric vehicle starts to be charged. Therefore, the charging pile can receive the charging starting time input by the user in advance, and when the charging starting time is reached, the electric vehicle starts to be charged. Therefore, the user can reserve the time for starting charging on the charging pile, off-peak power utilization is realized, cost is saved, and the user can conveniently and reasonably arrange the charging time of the electric vehicle.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a vehicle charging method applied to an electric vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes
In
It should be understood that when the vehicle receives a voltage signal of 9V from the CP line or receives a preset connection confirmation signal from the CC line, the vehicle-mounted charger on the electric vehicle is activated, so that the vehicle-mounted charger CAN further activate devices such as a power converter, a battery management unit, and a vehicle Controller on the electric vehicle through a Controller Area Network (CAN) activation mode or a hard-line activation mode. The embodiments of the activated vehicle-mounted charger and the activated power converter, the battery management unit and other devices of the vehicle-mounted charger belong to the prior art, and are not described herein again.
In
In addition, according to the regulations in the national standards of the people's republic of china, before the charging post charges the electric vehicle to be charged, a pulse width modulation signal of 9V, i.e., the preset pulse width modulation signal, needs to be transmitted to the electric vehicle to be charged through the CP line to indicate to the vehicle to be charged that the charging post is ready to charge the electric vehicle to be charged. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the electric vehicle may determine whether the charging pile is ready to charge the electric vehicle by determining whether the preset pwm signal is received through the first preset signal line within the preset time period, that is, determining whether the charging start time is reached. The preset time period may be a default value or a value set by the user (e.g., 10min, 15min, etc.).
If the preset pwm signal is received within the preset time period according to the judgment result of
In
This predetermine charging circuit can be for example bleeder circuit, and after this predetermine charging circuit switched on, predetermine the voltage on the signal line and can reduce to make and fill electric pile and confirm that the electric vehicle that waits to charge has been ready and can charge, thereby charges this electric vehicle. The voltage dividing circuit may include a preset resistor, and the manner of turning on the voltage dividing circuit may be to close a preset switch. That is, the preset charging circuit may be turned on by closing the preset switch connected in series between the preset signal line and the preset resistor, so that the preset signal line is turned on by the preset resistor, and the voltage on the preset signal line is reduced.
The preset resistor is a resistor which is specified in the national standard of the people's republic of china and should be connected with the preset signal line, and the resistance value of the preset resistor can be 1300 Ω, for example. The predetermined switch is the switch S2 connected to the CP line in the national standard. When the vehicle-mounted charger is activated by a 9V pulse width modulation signal, namely the preset pulse width modulation signal, the switch S2 is closed, the preset resistor is connected into the circuit to reduce the voltage in the CP line, and meanwhile, the battery management unit controls the main relay and the main auxiliary relay of the power battery to be closed to finish high-voltage back connection, so that the charging pile charges the electric vehicle.
Furthermore, when the battery management unit detects that the power battery is fully charged, for example: when the state of charge (SOC) of the power battery reaches 100%, or the voltage of the power battery reaches a first preset threshold, or the voltage of the single battery reaches a second preset threshold, or the like, a charging termination signal may be sent to the vehicle-mounted charger and the vehicle control unit. When the vehicle-mounted charger receives the charging termination signal, the preset charging circuit is disconnected (for example, the switch S2 is disconnected), so that the output of the charging pile to the electric vehicle is cut off.
By adopting the electric vehicle, because the vehicle-mounted charger of the electric vehicle can be activated by the preset pulse width modulation signal, when the charging starting time input by a user is reached and the charging pile sends the preset pulse width modulation signal to activate, the electric vehicle can conduct the preset charging circuit, and further charging is realized. Therefore, the electric vehicle can realize the scheduled charging. In addition, the electric vehicle is not provided with a timing or mechanical controller, so that the electric vehicle is simple in configuration, and the cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating an interaction between a charging pile and an electric vehicle in a vehicle charging method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, in step 61, the charging pile sends a preset signal to the electric vehicle to which the charging pile is connected through a preset signal line. Accordingly, the electric vehicle receives and transmits the preset signal from the preset signal line, and when the preset signal is received, the electric vehicle indicates that the charging gun of the charging pile is inserted into the electric vehicle.
In step 62, the charging pile receives the charging start time input by the user. The specific implementation of receiving the charging start time by the charging pile is as described above, and details are not repeated here.
Next, in step 63, the charging pile determines whether the charging start time is reached in real time. In step 64, the electric vehicle determines whether a preset pwm signal is received through the first preset signal line in real time within a preset time period. It can be understood that, because the start time of charging is preset in charging stake, should fill electric pile and can judge whether reach the start time of charging through the timer or the time-recorder in filling electric pile, and electric vehicle can't know this start time of charging, can only send the principle of predetermineeing pulse width modulation signal to electric vehicle when filling electric pile to it and can charge, judge when to charge it and charge it through judging whether receive in the time quantum of predetermineeing the pulse width modulation signal.
Then, in step 65, when the charging start time is reached, the charging pile sends a preset pulse width modulation signal to the electric vehicle through the first preset signal line. The charging pile sends a preset pulse width modulation signal to the electric vehicle for prompting that the electric vehicle reaches the charging time at the current moment. Thus, when the electric vehicle receives the preset pulse width modulation signal, the electric vehicle can know that the charging pile is ready to start charging the electric vehicle.
Finally, in step 66, when the electric vehicle receives the preset pwm signal within the preset time period, the preset charging circuit is turned on to charge the electric vehicle. As described above, when the electric vehicle receives the preset pwm signal, the preset charging circuit may be controlled to be turned on, and specifically, the switch S2 may be closed. Meanwhile, the battery management unit controls the main relay and the auxiliary relay of the power battery to be closed, and high-voltage return connection is completed, so that the charging pile charges the electric vehicle.
