1. A method for preventing the omission of processing tool holes on PCB board includes

Designing an electrical measuring hole chain according to the position and the quantity of the tool hole on the PCB;

processing a tool hole;

and connecting the electric measuring hole chain with the electric measuring loop to judge whether the tool holes on the PCB have processing leakage or not.

The method for preventing the omission of machining the tool hole of the PCB as recited in claim 1, wherein said chain of electrical measurement holes includes a measurement point, a conductive wire connected to said measurement point, said conductive wire passing through the location of the tool hole.

3. The method for preventing the omission of machining tool holes in a PCB as recited in claim 2, wherein each of the tool holes has a single wire passing therethrough, and a plurality of wires passing through the tool holes are connected in parallel between the two test points.

The method for preventing the tool holes of the PCB from being processed in the missing manner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tool holes of the PCB are determined by the method that the tool holes are processed in the missing manner if the electrical measurement loop shows that the electrical measurement hole chain is in a conducting state; if the electric measurement loop shows that the electric measurement hole chain is in an off state, the tool hole which is not processed in a leakage way does not exist.

The invention aims to provide a method for preventing tool holes of a PCB from being processed in a missing mode, and the method is used for solving the technical problem that the PCB cannot be installed due to the fact that the tool holes are processed in the PCB in the prior art in a missing mode.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a method for preventing the tool holes of PCB from being machined by omission comprises designing an electrical measurement hole chain according to the positions and the number of the tool holes on the PCB; processing a tool hole; and connecting the electric measuring hole chain with the electric measuring loop to judge whether the tool holes on the PCB have processing leakage or not.

The electric measuring hole chain comprises measuring points and a lead connected with the measuring points, and the lead penetrates through the positions of the tool holes.

Each tool hole is penetrated by a lead wire, and a plurality of lead wires penetrating through the tool holes are connected between two measuring points in parallel.

Judging whether the tool holes on the PCB have processing leakage or not by the method that if the electric measurement loop displays that the electric measurement hole chain is in a conduction state, the tool holes which have processing leakage exist; if the electric measurement loop shows that the electric measurement hole chain is in an off state, the tool hole which is not processed in a leakage way does not exist.

The electric measuring hole chain is arranged on the surface layer or the inner layer of the PCB.

The tool holes include counter bores, screw holes, metalized holes, and non-metalized holes.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the method for preventing the tool holes of the PCB from being processed in a missing mode, whether the tool holes which are processed in the missing mode exist is judged by designing the electrical measuring hole chain for the PCB, and the technical problem that the PCB cannot be installed due to the fact that the tool holes are processed in the missing mode is solved; the reworking rate in the PCB processing is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

The basic principle of the method for preventing the tool holes of the PCB from being processed in a missing mode is that information such as the positions, the number and the processing depth of the tool holes is analyzed in the design stage, and an electrical measuring hole chain is designed for each PCB. As shown in fig. 1, after the tool hole is machined, the wire 32 passing through the tool hole is cut by the machining tool 4; the measuring pins 11 of the external electrical measurement loop 1 are connected with measuring points 31 of an electrical measurement hole chain, if all tool holes are machined, namely all leads 32 passing through the tool holes are cut off, at the moment, the electrical measurement loop 1 displays that the electrical measurement hole chain is in a disconnected state, and no tool holes which are not machined are arranged on the PCB 2; if the tool hole which is not processed is generated, at least one lead 32 passing through the tool hole is not cut off, at the moment, the electric measuring loop 1 displays that the electric measuring hole chain is in a conducting state, and at least one tool hole which is not processed is generated on the PCB 2. The PCB with the missed processing tool holes can be quickly found by the method, the PCB can be timely repaired, the reject ratio of products is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

As shown in fig. 2, the electrical measuring hole chain comprises a measuring point 31 and a lead 32 connected with the measuring point 31, the lead 32 passes through the position of the tool hole 21, the lead 32 is continuous and uninterrupted before the tool hole 21 is machined, and the lead 32 passing through the position of the tool hole 21 is cut after the tool hole 21 is machined. During detection, if the conducting wire 32 between the two measuring points 31 is conducted, the tool hole 21 through which the conducting wire 32 passes is omitted and is not processed; if the wire 32 between two stations 31 is broken, it indicates that the tool hole 21 through which the wire 32 passes has been machined. A plurality of tool holes 21 are formed in one PCB 2, a lead 32 is arranged at the position of each tool hole 21 and is connected with two measuring points 31, and the leads 32 passing through the tool holes 21 are connected between the two measuring points 31 in a parallel mode to form an electric measuring hole chain. Therefore, only if all the tool holes 21 are processed, the circuit between the two measuring points 31 can be completely disconnected, any tool hole 21 is omitted, the two measuring points 31 are conducted, and the PCB 2 needs to be inspected again for remediation.

The electrical via chain can be designed on the surface layer of the PCB board 2, or can be designed on a certain inner layer under the surface layer for aesthetic appearance. As shown in FIG. 3, the electrical measuring hole chain is designed in the inner layer of the PCB 2, the lead 32 is connected with the outer measuring point 31 through the through hole 33, the electrical measuring loop 1 is connected with the measuring point 31 through the measuring pin 11 to detect whether there is a tool hole 21 which is missed to be processed, when all the tool holes 21 are processed by the processing cutter 4, the lead 32 is completely cut off, and the electrical measuring loop 1 displays that the electrical measuring hole chain is in a broken state and is qualified in detection.

According to the method for preventing the tool holes of the PCB from being processed in a missing mode, whether the tool holes which are processed in the missing mode exist is judged by designing the electric measuring hole chain on the PCB, and the technical problem that the PCB cannot be installed due to the fact that the tool holes are processed in the missing mode is solved; the reworking rate in the PCB processing is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

The method can be applied to the detection of the missed processing of various holes such as countersunk holes, screw holes, metalized holes, non-metalized holes and the like which are processed by processing cutters such as tip milling cutters, drill pins, flat milling cutters and the like with various angles.

Firstly, in the PCB design stage, the parallel hole chain design is carried out according to the number of tool holes in the PCB, and a corresponding position is found to design a hole chain loop, wherein the number of the tool holes in the PCB is the number of parallel circuits in an electrical measurement hole chain, as shown in figure 2;

in the processing procedure stage, after any tool hole in the PCB is finished, drilling a corresponding lead in a test loop, making the loop into an open circuit, and when all the tool holes are finished, completely disconnecting the test loop to form an open circuit;

in the testing procedure, mold manufacturing and program logic writing of a hole chain loop are added, the open circuit between the testing points is normal, and the conduction is abnormal;

and in the testing process, the testing points on the testing mold contact the testing points in the PCB, and after point adding testing, the testing machine judges whether the board has a processing tool hole which is missed according to the conduction state, so that some remedial measures are taken for the board which is missed to be processed. As long as the electric test loop tests, the processing leakage phenomenon can be easily found, and even if one hole on one PCB is not completed, the alarm can be timely corrected in the test.
