The sliding rod 74 pushes the shifting rod 72 to move toward the fixed support 41, and the shifting rod 72 pushes the pawl 52 to swing, so that the pawl 52 no longer catches the ratchet 51. Meanwhile, the compressed second torsion spring 57 resets to drive the straight gear 56 and the rotating frame 55 to rotate and reset, the straight gear 56 drives the straight rack 54 and the upper device thereof to rotate anticlockwise, the winding roller 42 rotates anticlockwise to wind the power transmission line 46, the rotating frame 55 rotates to push the sliding frame 61 and the slotted plate 63 to move towards the direction away from the supporting block 71, the slotted plate 63 pushes the clamping column frame 65 to move upwards, and the clamping column frame 65 is not clamped into the groove of the clamping chuck 66 any more.
