Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted chargers, in particular to a method and a device for waking up vehicle-mounted chargers.

Background

Along with the development of automobile electronics, the frequency of automobile upgrading is higher and higher, automobiles are also gradually turned to electronic components mainly by taking original mechanical components as main parts, people have higher and higher requirements on electronic equipment in automobiles, and light weight, electronization and intellectualization are key factors which are inevitably considered in the development of modern automobiles. Particularly, the number of electronic and intelligent devices in the new energy vehicle developed in recent years is obviously increased more than that of the traditional vehicle.

The increase of the electronic devices brings safety and convenience to consumers and also brings great challenges to power consumption processing of the whole vehicle, the new energy electric vehicle can supply power to all the electronic devices of the whole vehicle by a special DCDC (direct current DC power supply to low voltage direct current power supply) device in the driving process, but all the electronic devices of the whole vehicle are in a dormant state when the vehicle is parked, the storage battery continues to supply power to the electronic devices in the dormant state, although the power consumption of the electronic devices in the dormant state is very low (basically within 1 mA), but as the electronic devices are more and more, the overall power consumption in the dormant state is higher and higher, if the power consumption problem is in the dormant state, the power consumption of the storage battery is quickly consumed up when the vehicle is parked, denier of the storage battery feeding can cause the electric vehicle to be incapable of being directly started, and normal use of the consumers is affected.

In the prior art, besides meeting the low power consumption requirement when sleeping, the wake-up circuit in the application of an On Board Charger (OBC) also needs to meet the requirements of charging pile or peripheral equipment for CC (connection detection), CP (charge control) level or CP PWM (pulse width modulation) signal wake-up, and there are 2 solutions for such requirements at present:

the scheme 1 is a traditional low-power-consumption hardware circuit scheme, various hardware circuits are added in a stacking mode to judge whether various wake-up signal conditions are met, and then the vehicle-mounted charger is controlled to sleep and wake up. And because the number of awakening signal sources to be judged is large, the circuit is complex, and the cost is correspondingly high. In addition, the pure hardware solution is not conducive to flexible adjustment of the wake-up policy, and is relatively rarely used at present.

The scheme 2 is that peripheral circuits are reduced, low power consumption and awakening functions are achieved through a low-power-consumption single chip microcomputer and software, the low-power-consumption single chip microcomputer is in a dormant state when an awakening source is not available, the low-power-consumption single chip microcomputer is awakened and enters a low-power-consumption working mode when an awakening signal is detected, further the validity of an awakening condition is judged, and whether an on-board charger works is confirmed to be awakened or not.

step 2, detecting whether a wake-up signal exists or not within second preset time;

step 3, if the wake-up signal is detected, judging whether the wake-up signal is effective or not;

and 4, if the wake-up signal is effective, controlling the vehicle-mounted charger to work.

And detecting the wake-up signal in the step 2 for a number of times not exceeding a preset number of times, and clearing the number of times of detecting the wake-up signal after the step 2.

If the wake-up signal is detected in the step 3, determining whether the wake-up signal is valid within a third predetermined time, wherein the third predetermined time is greater than the second predetermined time.

Judging that the wake-up signal is effective by judging that the wake-up signal can pass low-pass filtering in the step 3, and executing a step 4; otherwise, judging that the wake-up signal is invalid, entering a dormant state, and skipping to the step 1.

When the wake-up signal is received in the step 3, comparing the currently received wake-up signal with the wake-up signals received for the last times, if the wake-up signal is not , executing the step 4, otherwise, entering a sleep state, and jumping to the step 1.

And if the wake-up signal is not detected in the step 2, entering a sleep state and jumping to the step 1.

And in the step 3, if the wake-up signal is invalid, entering a sleep state and jumping to the step 1.

Wherein the th predetermined time is 1/10 of the second predetermined time.

The application provides kind of vehicle-mounted machine of charging's awakening device includes:

a transition module for changing from a sleep state to a low power consumption state at intervals of predetermined times;

the detection module is used for detecting whether the wake-up signal exists or not in second preset time;

the judging module is used for judging whether the awakening signal is effective or not if the awakening signal is detected;

and the control module is used for controlling the vehicle-mounted charger to work if the wake-up signal is effective.

The application provides kinds of vehicle-mounted chargers, and the vehicle-mounted charger awakening method is adopted for awakening.

According to the method and the device for waking up the vehicle-mounted charger, after the th preset time is reached, the state is changed from the dormant state to the low power consumption state, whether the wake-up signal exists and whether the wake-up signal is effective is detected within the second preset time, once the wake-up signal exists and the wake-up signal is effective, the vehicle-mounted charger is waken up to work, the controller is in the dormant state within the th preset time, so that the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced, the controller detects whether the wake-up signal exists only within the second preset time, therefore, the situation that the controller directly jumps out of the dormant state to enter the low power consumption state due to the fact that the wake-up signal exists directly can be avoided, the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.

In embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, methods for waking up a vehicle-mounted charger are provided, referring to fig. 1, the method for waking up a vehicle-mounted charger specifically includes the following steps:

s102, changing from the sleep state to the low power consumption state at intervals of th predetermined time.

The controller is automatically changed from a sleep state to a low-power consumption state when the timer reaches th preset time by presetting parameter information of the timer, and of the controller is prevented from being awakened under the condition that a charging gun is in fault by setting th preset time, so that the awakening reliability of the vehicle-mounted charger is improved.

And S104, detecting whether the wake-up signal exists or not within second preset time.

The controller can detect whether the wake-up signal exists or not in the low power consumption state, and the power consumption of the low power consumption state is larger than that of the sleep state, so that the th preset time is larger than the second preset time in the embodiment, thereby meeting the requirement of low power consumption.

S106, if the wake-up signal is detected, judging whether the wake-up signal is effective.

Specifically, within the second predetermined time, if the controller detects the wake-up signal, it is determined whether the wake-up signal is valid. By judging whether the wake-up signal is effective or not, the phenomenon of misoperation is avoided. Therefore, the reliability of awakening of the vehicle-mounted charger can be improved.

And S108, if the wake-up signal is effective, controlling the vehicle-mounted charger to work.

Specifically, the controller wakes up the vehicle charging operation only when the wake-up signal is valid.

In the embodiment, after preset time is reached, the state is changed from the sleep state to the low power consumption state, whether a wake-up signal exists and whether the wake-up signal is effective is detected within second preset time, wakes up the vehicle-mounted charger to work after the wake-up signal is detected and the wake-up signal is effective, the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced because the controller is in the sleep state within preset time, and the controller can avoid that the controller directly jumps out of the sleep state and enters the low power consumption state due to the fact that the wake-up signal exists only within the second preset time, so that the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced, and the requirement of ultra-low power consumption is met.

As shown in fig. 2, in embodiments, S104 further includes the following:

if the wake-up signal is not detected in S104, the system enters a sleep state and jumps to S102.

Specifically, when the controller does not detect the wake-up signal, the low power consumption state is changed into the sleep state, so that the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced.

In embodiments, S104 specifically includes the following:

the number of times of detecting the wake-up signal does not exceed a predetermined number of times in S104, and the number of times of detecting the wake-up signal is cleared after S104.

For example, the predetermined number is 2, and the controller adds 1 to the detection number every time the controller detects times, because the controller only detects whether the wake-up signal exists when the detection number is less than or equal to the predetermined number, when the controller detects for the third time, the predetermined number is 2, and the detection number is 3, the controller cannot continuously detect whether the wake-up signal exists.

In this embodiment, the predetermined number of times is 1, and the controller can only detect times of presence or absence of the wake-up signal within the second predetermined time, so that the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is greatly reduced.

Specifically, the number of times of detecting the wake-up signal is cleared after S104, because if the number of times of detecting the wake-up signal is not cleared, the controller continues to accumulate on the basis of the number of times of detecting the wake-up signal in the next detection, denier preset number is set to be smaller, and after the number of times of detecting , the controller cannot continue to detect whether the wake-up signal exists, so that the vehicle-mounted charger cannot be woken up, and normal use of the vehicle-mounted charger is affected.

In embodiments, S106 further includes the following:

if the wake-up signal is invalid in S106, the system enters a sleep state and jumps to S102.

Specifically, when the controller judges that the wake-up signal is invalid, the low power consumption state is changed into the sleep state, so that the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced.

In embodiments, S106 includes the following:

if the wake-up signal is detected in S106, it is determined whether the wake-up signal is valid within a third predetermined time, where the third predetermined time is greater than the second predetermined time.

Specifically, the controller needs to judge the effectiveness of the wake-up signal, so that the third preset time is greater than the second preset time, the controller can accurately judge the effectiveness of the wake-up signal, and the reliability of waking up by the vehicle-mounted charger is improved.

In embodiments, S106 further includes the following:

judging that the wake-up signal is valid by judging that the wake-up signal can pass the low-pass filtering in S106, and executing S108; otherwise, judging that the wake-up signal is invalid, entering a dormant state, and jumping to S102.

Specifically, in the case of , the wake-up signal that is valid is a low frequency signal, and therefore, can be determined to be valid by filtering.

Specifically, the invalid wake-up signal is an interference signal or "glitch", and in the case of , the interference signal or "glitch" is a high frequency signal, and cannot pass through low frequency filtering, so that the invalid wake-up signal is confirmed.

In this embodiment, the effectiveness of the wake-up signal can be accurately determined in a low-pass filtering manner, so that the reliability of the wake-up of the vehicle-mounted charger is improved.

In embodiments, S106 further includes the following:

and when the wake-up signal is received in the S106, comparing the currently received wake-up signal with the wake-up signal received in the last times, if the wake-up signal is not , executing the S108, otherwise, entering a sleep state, and jumping to the S102.

Specifically, when the charging gun is inserted into the vehicle-mounted charging machine, the charging gun sends wake-up signals to the controller, and the controller receives the wake-up signals and compares the currently received wake-up signals with the wake-up signals received last times, so as to judge the effectiveness of the currently received wake-up signals.

Specifically, when the charging gun charges the electric vehicle, the charging gun can directly generate the same wake-up signal, and the same wake-up signal can wake up the vehicle-mounted charger repeatedly, so that the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is larger, and the requirement of low power consumption cannot be met.

Specifically, if the wake-up signal currently received by the controller matches the wake-up signal received last times, it indicates that the currently received wake-up signal is an invalid wake-up signal.

In embodiments, the th predetermined time is 1/10 of the second predetermined time.

Specifically, since the controller is in a dormant state within the th preset time, the longer the th preset time is, the lower the average power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is, but the longer the th preset time is, which results in the slower wake-up response speed of the vehicle-mounted charger, by setting the th preset time to 1/10 of the second preset time, the optimal balance between the wake-up response speed of the vehicle-mounted charger and the power consumption requirement is achieved, so that the average power consumption of the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced.

In an alternative embodiment, the th predetermined time is not determined as 1/10 of the second predetermined time, which may be determined according to actual requirements.

It should be understood that the steps in each flowchart are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, but the steps are not necessarily performed in the sequence indicated by the arrows, unless explicitly stated herein, the steps are not strictly limited in order of performance, and the steps may be performed in other sequences, and that at least the portion of the steps in each flowchart may include multiple sub-steps or phases, which are not necessarily performed at the same time , but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or phases may not necessarily be performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or in turns with at least portions of other steps or sub-steps or phases of other steps.

As shown in fig. 3, in embodiments, kinds of awakening devices 10 for vehicle-mounted chargers are provided, and the awakening devices specifically include a conversion module 11, a detection module 12, a judgment module 13, and a control module 14.

A transition module 11, configured to change from the sleep state to the low power consumption state at a predetermined time interval ;

the detection module 12 is configured to detect whether there is a wake-up signal within a second predetermined time;

a judging module 13, configured to judge whether the wake-up signal is valid if the wake-up signal is detected;

and the control module 14 is used for controlling the vehicle-mounted charger to work if the wake-up signal is valid.
