Detailed Description

The embodiment of the specification provides a method, a device and equipment for processing insurance education related business.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

The games mentioned in the embodiments of the present specification are of public interest, and the game contents may be various, such as a sanitation game, a tree planting game, a courier game, a field planting game, and the like. Some embodiments are described below mainly in terms of a sanitation game in which a user simulates a sanitation worker working in a certain sanitation area, such as cleaning streets, recycling waste, etc.; the user can help the real helping object to obtain helping resources through activity in the game, so that the public service purpose is realized.

The following specifically describes the embodiments of the present specification.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing insurance education related services according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where an execution subject may be a program on a user terminal or a corresponding server program, such as a payment application, an instant messaging application, or the like. The process in fig. 1 may include the following steps:

s102: and displaying the public welfare game interface for the user to execute the game task.

In embodiments of the present description, the game task may preferably include some insurance-related elements to help the user understand insurance and increase risk awareness.

For example, assuming that the game task is a sanitation game task (e.g., a garbage cleaning task, etc.), the public welfare game interface may include a sanitation area (e.g., a virtual street, a room, etc.) providing the sanitation game task, and the user may simulate a sanitation worker to clean garbage in the sanitation area, i.e., perform the sanitation game task; in real life, sanitation workers have some risk accidents in the process of cleaning garbage, for example, the sanitation workers are pricked by the garbage, are collided by illegal vehicles and the like, insurance business can provide risk such as accident danger and the like to reduce loss caused by the risk accidents, and the situations can be simulated to serve as related insurance factors to be expressed in games.

S104: and if the user achieves the preset game target, determining to distribute the help resources to the real help object.

In the embodiments of the present specification, achieving a predetermined game goal includes, for example, at least one of: completing a predetermined number of game tasks, passing a predetermined number of game stages, obtaining a predetermined game achievement, obtaining a predetermined number of game scores, and the like. The predetermined game object may be plural, and each game object may be the same or different.

In the embodiment of the present specification, the helping object may be a general worker or a worker without labor ability, for example, a sanitation worker, a forestry worker, an overhead worker, a construction worker, a courier, a takeaway dispatcher, an orphan elder, an orphan, and the like. The specific type of the helping object can be adapted according to game content, for example, the helping object of a sanitation game can be a sanitation worker, the helping object of a tree planting game can be a forestry worker, and the like, so that the gap between virtual and reality is reduced, a game atmosphere with more reality is created, and the caring and love of a user on the helping object is aroused through comparison of the same sense of mind.

In embodiments of the present description, the help resource can give the help object some benefits of reality, such as real insurance, charitable gold, or financing. For example, when the user achieves a predetermined game goal, it may be determined to offer a certain amount of insurance to a real sanitation worker, or to distribute a certain amount of charity.

S106: and displaying insurance education information through the public welfare game interface in the game process of the user.

In the embodiment of the present specification, insurance education information is used for educating the general public to explain related knowledge in the insurance field, such as potential risks in life, basic introduction of insurance business, definition of various insurance risk types, usage, insurance coverage, applicable scenes and groups, insurance claim settlement flow, insurance value, how the insurance business platform is used, and the like. The insurance education information may be expressed in various forms such as words, sounds, pictures, videos, animations, etc., and is not particularly limited thereto.

In the embodiment of the specification, the matched insurance education information can be displayed timely according to the game scene and/or the user characteristics, so that the game is favorably blended and the user is triggered, and the conflict emotion of the user can be reduced. For example, a real-simulated insurance-related game event can be triggered in a game scene, and further insurance education information desired to be seen by a user is gradually displayed in a rational manner through the promotion of a game scenario; for another example, the insurance type required by the user can be presumed according to the user characteristics, and then insurance education information of the insurance type is displayed; and so on.

Of course, in addition to game events, insurance education information may be more straightforwardly represented using some elements having relatively stronger purposiveness. For example, an insurance tips is directly shown in a public billboard in a game scene; for another example, an insurance company building or a billboard thereof is added in a game scene; for another example, in the game process, an unexpected warning word is presented in a pop-up window or message box mode; and so on.

Through the method of fig. 1, through the commonweal game, not only can the commonweal purpose be realized, but also insurance education can be integrated into the game, so that the user can be helped to know the insurance business, the risk awareness is improved, and the development of the insurance business is promoted.

Based on the method of fig. 1, the present specification also provides some specific embodiments of the method, and further embodiments, which are described below.

In this embodiment, the game score may represent a game progress, and the game score may also include insurance-related elements, for example, the game score may specifically be a virtual guarantee, and for step S104, achieving the predetermined game goal may include: a predetermined number of virtual credits are obtained, wherein the virtual credits are obtained by performing a game mission, such as a certain number of virtual credits per game mission performed or per game level. Further, for step S104, determining to allocate a help resource to the real help object may specifically include: and determining to correspondingly apply the insurance to the real helping object according to the virtual insurance amount of the preset quantity. The virtual premium may be in agreement with the applied premium to enhance realism.

In this embodiment, for step S106, the displaying insurance education information through the public welfare game interface may specifically include: triggering insurance-related game events in the public welfare game interface; and displaying corresponding insurance education information through the game event. One intuitive way is to: simulating the occurrence of risks by using game events, and further simulating the risk processing process based on insurance; thus, the user can feel the same in the game, and the acceptance is higher. To further enhance realism, game events may be triggered in conjunction with user realism, including, for example: historical behavioral characteristics of the user, geographic location information, and the like. For the historical behavior characteristics, it can reflect the identity trait information of the user, the operation information of the user on the insurance service platform, etc., and these information can be used as the basis for what kind of game event is triggered. The following examples are given for the details.

For example, for step S106, triggering the insurance-related game event in the public welfare game interface specifically includes: acquiring historical behavior characteristics of a user; determining insurance types matched with the historical behavior characteristics; triggering game events related to insurance risk in the public welfare game interface. For example, assuming that the user is a family with a car, the matched insurance risk types can include car insurance and accident insurance, and corresponding game events can be triggered to educate the user about the car insurance and accident insurance; for another example, assuming that the user has a strong financial resource, the matched insurance risk category may include property risk and health risk, and the corresponding game event may be triggered to educate the user about the property risk and the health risk; for another example, assuming that the user frequently uses the business trip service, the matched insurance risk types may include an airline accident risk and a hotel cancellation risk, and a corresponding game event may be triggered to educate the user about the airline accident risk and the hotel cancellation risk; and so on.

For another example, for step S106, triggering the insurance-related game event in the public welfare game interface specifically includes: acquiring geographical position information of a user; determining environment information of the geographical position information; and triggering a game event simulating an environment corresponding to the environment information in the public service game interface, wherein the game event comprises a virtual accident and/or an insurance claim settlement event caused by the environment. According to the geographic position information of the user, various corresponding natural disaster and man-accident atmospheres can be created in the game to stimulate the risk awareness of the user, for example, weather conditions such as local typhoons, snowstorms, heavy rain and the like are simulated, the execution difficulty of game tasks is increased, unexpected conditions such as slip, wrestling, smashing and the like are set to block game progress, further, the loss caused by the natural disaster and man-accidents can be made up through corresponding insurance processes, and accordingly insurance education can be achieved.

For another example, for step S106, triggering the insurance-related game event in the public welfare game interface specifically includes: acquiring operation information (such as transaction information, browsing information and the like) of a user on an insurance service platform associated with the public welfare game; determining insurance types corresponding to the operation information and aiming at the operation; triggering game events related to insurance risk in the public welfare game interface. The education content for solving the user's insurance suspicion and after-sales service experience suspicion can be added in the game scene according to the operation information, for example, if the user repeatedly browses the aviation delay insurance but does not invest the insurance on the insurance service platform, the accident condition of the airplane delay can be simulated in the game, the aviation delay insurance policy is triggered, and the user uses the virtual insurance policy to simulate the process of experiencing the flight delay to obtain the compensation.

According to the above description, more intuitively, the embodiments of the present specification further provide some schematic diagrams of the interface effect of the above solutions in practical application scenarios, as shown in fig. 2a to 2 l. In this practical application scenario, the above scheme is implemented in the form of a public service application, and it is assumed that the public service application is called "love heart protection", and accordingly, the above virtual premium may be called "love heart guarantee".

Fig. 2a and 2b show part of the initial interface after the love keepers are started. In fig. 2a, it is suggested that love insurance is used to help sanitation workers, and love insurance can be accumulated by green travel behaviors such as riding a bicycle, taking a bus, taking a subway and the like. In fig. 2b, the basic play of the game is outlined, which mainly includes three steps: (1) obtaining a broom prop through green travel behaviors; (2) using the broom prop to play a street-sweeping game (namely, executing the street-sweeping task) to obtain a love premium; (3) love insurance donations are donated on the user's own behalf, such as free of 1 accident for 1 sanitationman, each time the love insurance is full (i.e., the predetermined number of virtual guarantees obtained as described above).

After the user agrees to the relevant agreement, the game may be started. FIGS. 2 c-2 e show general views of a public welfare game interface, where each view shows different streets, each street can be used as a game level, each street has multiple virtual stacks of trash, and a user can use broom props shown below the interface to sweep away the trash, thereby gaining a premium. In practical applications, in order to improve the sense of Reality, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and other technologies may be used to make the interface present more realistic streets and even real streets. Some other information is also presented in the interface, such as the user's avatar, progress of the heart towards insurance accumulation ("108/100000"), dialog controls, check-in controls, friend controls, etc., utterances appropriate to the real-time scene of the game (e.g., "good insurance!successfully avoiding a car, drunk driving danger, people being responsible!"), etc.

Fig. 2f shows the corresponding prompt information presented by the interface when the user determines to participate in assisting the sanitation worker. The step determined by the user may be executed when the love insurance is opened, or may be executed at any time in the stage of the love insurance accumulation by the user, and the like, which is not specifically limited herein.

FIG. 2g illustrates a corresponding prompt presented by the interface when triggering a game event that simulates a street cleaning process that is risk of accident. The risk is specifically that the sweeper is stuck by glass, and for better visualization, virtual props (e.g., broom props) that perform street sweeping tasks may also be personified so that it appears as if the broom is stuck by glass during sweeping. The "visit to hospital" is now prompted under the interface, and the user can click to guide the continuation of the game event.

Fig. 2h shows the corresponding prompt information presented by the interface at the time of the hospital treatment wound and the notional casualty mention of the accident in the event of a game. The user can know that in the case of insuring the accident, after the injury treatment, the treatment list is provided to the relevant platform (here, the treatment list is uploaded in a simulated mode), and then the accident risk claim settlement process can be started. The "too baseball, upload immediately" is now prompted below the interface, and the user can click to direct the game event to proceed.

Figure 2i shows the corresponding prompt presented by the interface when the visit is uploaded during the game event.

FIG. 2j illustrates the corresponding prompt presented by the interface when the claim request is approved after the successful upload of the ticket at the game event. And judging that the patient belongs to the accidental injury range according to the uploaded medical examination order, and carrying out accidental risk settlement. The "pick up reimburse the love money" is prompted below the interface, and the user can click to direct the game event to continue. The game event replaces the actual funding user with a premium.

FIG. 2k illustrates a corresponding prompt presented by the interface upon a determination that a payout of 200 love payments was made during the game play event. The "immediate pick up" is prompted at this point below the interface, and the user can click to direct the continuation of the game event to completion.

In practice, there are many other types of contingencies besides being punctured by glass, and claims can be obtained through the contingencies. For example, fig. 2l illustrates some other accidental risks of stumbling over banana peels, traffic collision, etc. when cleaning streets. In addition, other types of insurance risks, other than accident, may similarly educate the user in the manner of game events.

It should be noted that fig. 2a to 2l are exemplary, and the content is not limited to the present application, but only to help understanding the scheme of the present specification.

In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.

The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the embodiments of the apparatus, the device, and the nonvolatile computer storage medium, since they are substantially similar to the embodiments of the method, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the embodiments of the method.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.

The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.

The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the various elements may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations of the present description.

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, the present specification embodiments may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present description may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, embodiments of the present description may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and so forth) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

The description has been presented with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the description. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, the embodiments of the present description may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the description may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the description may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

This description may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The specification may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.

The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.

The above description is only an example of the present specification, and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
