Technical Field

The application relates to the field of quick locking mechanisms of battery boxes and automobile bodies, in particular to a quick locking device for connecting a battery box and an automobile body and an electric automobile.

Background

In order to solve the energy problem, China is developing the electric automobile industry vigorously, and the anxiety of users on the endurance mileage is difficult to overcome, and the quick change technology can meet the requirements of the customers on the endurance mileage on one hand and can solve the charging time anxiety of the operating users on the other hand. At present, a plurality of battery replacing modes are adopted, in the related technology, the battery box body is connected with a vehicle body in a locking mode during bolt tightening or buckling, but if the quick replacing mode of bolt tightening is adopted, the defects of service life exist, and the defect of vibration noise exists in a buckling type locking mode and the like.

Therefore, a simple, convenient and reliable structure with low cost is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a quick locking means and electric automobile for battery box and body coupling to adopt the bolt tightening to have the problem of defect on the life among the solution correlation technique.

In a first aspect, a quick locking device for connecting a battery box body and a vehicle body is provided, wherein a vehicle body fixing part is arranged in the vehicle body, the device comprises a rotating shaft, a locking body, a spring, a rotating body and a fixing body, the rotating shaft is rotatably unlocked/locked on the vehicle body fixing part, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft is provided with a first cylindrical structure and two first grooves; the locking body is provided with two locking shafts extending outwards; the spring is arranged between the cylinder top wall of the first cylinder structure and the two locking shafts; the upper part of the rotating body is provided with a second cylinder structure and is provided with two second grooves, and when the two locking shafts are embedded in the two first grooves, the outer wall surface of the rotating body is meshed with the inner wall surface of the first cylinder structure; the fixing body is provided with a mounting hole, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft and the upper part of the rotating body are rotatably mounted in the mounting hole; the rotating shaft, the locking body and the rotating body are coaxially arranged.

Referring to fig. 1-2 and 5, a quick locking device for connecting a battery box body and a vehicle body, wherein a vehicle body fixing piece 1 is arranged in the vehicle body, the device comprises a rotating shaft 2, a locking body 5, a spring 4, a rotating body 6 and a fixing body 7, the rotating shaft 2 is unlocked/locked on the vehicle body fixing piece 1, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft 2 is provided with a first cylindrical structure and is provided with two first grooves 22; the locking body 5 has two locking shafts 51 extending outward; the spring 4 is arranged between the cylinder top wall of the first cylinder structure and the two locking shafts 51; the upper part of the rotating body 6 is provided with a second cylindrical structure and is provided with two second grooves 62, and when the two locking shafts 51 are embedded in the two first grooves 22, the outer wall surface of the rotating body 6 is meshed with the inner wall surface of the first cylindrical structure; the fixing body 7 is provided with a mounting hole 71, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft 2 and the upper part of the rotating body 6 are rotatably mounted in the mounting hole 71; the rotation shaft 2, the locking body 5 and the rotation body 6 are coaxially arranged.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the rotating body 6 is axially movably engaged with an inner wall surface of the first hollow cylindrical structure.

In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a plurality of racks 61 extending outward are disposed on an outer wall surface of the rotating body 6, a length direction of the racks 61 is identical to an axial direction of the rotating body 6, and a plurality of grooves 23 engaged with the racks 61 are disposed on an inner wall surface of the first cylindrical structure.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the bottom end of the rotating body 6 is provided with two notches 63 for being fixedly connected with an external component in a clamping manner, so that the implementation is convenient and simple, and the production and processing are facilitated.

In some embodiments, the bottom end of the rotating shaft 2 is a flange end, and the flange end is covered and connected to the top of the fixing body 7 through the upper cover 3 to realize fixed connection to the fixing body 7, so that the rotating shaft 2 can rotate relative to the fixing body 7, and simultaneously, the bottom end of the rotating shaft 2 can be fixed and limited.

In a specific embodiment, the upper cover 3 is screwed and fixed to the top surface of the fixed body 7 by bolts passing through the first screwing hole 31 of the upper cover 3 and the second screwing hole 74 of the top surface of the fixed body 7, and the flange end of the rotating shaft 2 is bolted to the top surface of the fixed body 7.

Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the fixing body 7 is provided with a mounting hole 71, a radially contracted limiting table 72 is disposed in the mounting hole 71, the rotating body 6 is provided with a circular boss 65 extending radially outward, a portion of the rotating body 6 passes through the mounting hole 71, and the boss 65 is limited and stopped on the limiting table 72, so that the implementation is convenient and simple.

In a specific embodiment, the hole wall on the mounting hole 71 provides a moving space for the rotor 6 to move up and down relative to the rotating shaft 2, and in a more specific embodiment, the height of the hole wall on the boss 65 of the mounting hole 71 is not less than the length of the channel, so as to avoid that when the rotor 6 moves telescopically relative to the rotating shaft 2 as a whole, the contact connection between the components fails, and thus the locking and unlocking of the quick locking device fails.

In some embodiments, the top surface of the fixing body 7 is provided with an installation table 73, the installation table 73 is a circular ring-shaped installation sinking groove and is located at the periphery of the installation hole 71, and is used for being embedded into the flange end of the rotating shaft 2, so that after the rotating shaft 2 is installed on the fixing body 7, the installation surface is flat, and the appearance is more attractive.

On the other hand, the application also provides an electric automobile which comprises the automobile body fixing part 1 and the quick locking device for connecting the battery box body and the automobile body, wherein the quick locking device is used for locking/unlocking the battery box body and connecting the battery box body on the automobile body fixing part 1.
