dividing the game map into a plurality of areas according to a preset rule, and acquiring a virtual object corresponding to a first map identifier in each area;

forming a plurality of virtual object information lists according to the information of the virtual objects contained in each area;

and displaying the virtual object information lists on the second display screen or the first display screen, wherein each virtual object information list corresponds to each area in a one-to-one mode.

14. The method of claim 12, wherein the virtual object comprises: virtual game roles and/or virtual buildings.

15. A computer storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for controlling display of a game map according to any one of claims 1 to 14.

16. An electronic device, comprising:

a processor; and

a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;

wherein the processor is configured to execute the display control method of the game map according to any one of claims 1 to 14 via execution of the executable instructions.
